[Resolved]  Cinemax.co.in — Claim on cancelled transaction

I was tried to book three movie ticket on 1st oct 2012 but the transaction was not exicuted and cinemax confirmed the Order as cancelled through
mail from [protected]@cinemax.co.in , which was confirmed by cinemax counter too and assured that money will get refund within three days .
But now they claim for the cancelled transaction to my Credit Card banker standard charttered bank card no 5546XXXXX2944 through claim no- 75140682275070670791200 of amount INR 393.71.

Please note the Cancelled Order ID -351916 date[protected], city Guwahati
