[Resolved] Citibank — ATM Withdrawal Failed | |||
Hi, I hold a suvidha account since 7 years. On 16th morning 1.35am i did a withdrawal for 1000Rs at Embassy Golf Link Citibank ATM, where the transaction failed. Immediately i went to nearby another Citibank ATM and withdraw 1000 Rs which was successful. But the transaction slip which i got after successfull transaction shows 2000Rs debited from my account, whereas the first transaction money did not come from the ATM. I raised the query with Citibank customer care, and i was told a temporary credit would be done by 17 sep 2012, but which was not done, on calling up customer care again i got to know they validated the transaction and the report says, it was successfull, and hence the money will not be credited.
