[Resolved]  Citibank Business Credit Card — NOT RECEIVED ANY STATEMENTS AND THEY HAVE CHARGED RIDICULOUSLY THE ISO CALLED INTEREST AND LATE PAYMENT CHARGES WHICH WE SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED.

""This mail was also supposed to be sent to the citi bank " DIRECTOR", (CREDIT CARDS), but inspite of trying several times, the mail was not going to them .So Firstly I have sent it to you . Please take the neccessary actions on it asap. AND also send the same mail to the "DIRECTOR", citibank credit cards as well.. I would be greatful to you from the bottom of my heart if you could resolve this matter for me as because of this i am very stressed.

SUBJECT: Non receipt of my monthly statements inspite of several phone calls intimating about the same, and hence so called interest and late payment charges being incurred on the account.

Dear Sirs/Madam,

I Subhash Sahni, one of your customers, have always been a good and loyal customer, but the way i am being treated by your company is horrendous. I had never missed my payments and never ever intented to miss any payments . But I have not been receiving my statements since a long time time now. Every month i had to call your customer services to order for a duplicate statement, and by the time that statement reached to me, the due date was already elapsed and hence because of "YOUR COMPANY'S FAULT" of not being able to deliver the monthly statements on time, you people have charged me an enormous amount of interest charges, which is not fare, infact it is "DISGUSTING" on the part of customers, as inspite of me calling repeatedly about the same issue to the customer services, nobody was able to resolve the matter completely.

Moreover adding salt to the injury, When i went to your customer services or your collection's branch at JANAK PURI B-1, on 24/02/2009, in order to Pay off my ""LEGITIMATE BALANCE", and before that i wanted to speak with some of your officials in order to put my point forward that i have being charged wrong interest charges and late payment charges as i am not on fault, its actually "CITIBANK'S LAPSE/ERROR", but nobody was ready to talk to us there. They said just wait outside we need ask our manager about this. Then we kept on waiting outside, then after sometime a guy came out saying that sorry "THE MANAGER IS REFUSING TO TALK TO YOU", DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO”. This was the response we got from your employees. Now just put yourself in the customer’s shoes and when customer is “MORE THAN WILLING TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS" but just requesting you to waive off all those interest charges and all the late payment charges, which is the company's fault, and the customers are being treated like this. “This is "HORRIBLY DISGUSTING" and it’s a shame to the company not being able to provide adequate assistance or services to their customers who is “MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY YOU".

Then after a month, when we eventually got a statement we saw that even when we have gone to pay the bill on 24/02/2009 and nobody was ready to even accept my payments, they "AGAIN CHARGED ME INTEREST AND LATE PAYMENT" CHARGES " and for your kind information, Inspite of all this error and rude behavior of your company, "I HAVE PAID "RS. 20, 000 " to your company on "24/03/2009" VIA A CASH PAYMENT AND I HAVE GOT THE CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR COMPANY THAT YES THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY PAYMENT SUCCESSFULLY.

Now, as it is absolutely not tolerable from the “CONSUMER COURT'S" point of view, to treat customer's like this by any company what so ever they may be. So, I hope at least this time, I may get the relief from your company and i would request you to "PLEASE WAIVE OFF WHATEVER THE LEFTOVER BALANCE NOW ON THE ACCOUNT (As I HAVE ALREADY PAID YOU "Rs.20, 000" ) which was the " LEGITIMATE AMOUNT, and i am not liable to pay the left over interest charges as it was not my fault and way i have been treated by your company is absolutely horrible, and it costed me a huge amount of transportation charges, telephone charges, etc. in repeatedly contacting your company but nobody was bothered to listen to me at all in your company.

I hope that you will definitely get this matter resolved for me as soon as possible.

please sent the duplicate copy for the citi bank card no [protected], i didnt received statement the present month due date for the statement is 6th june 2009 please sent the statement as soon as to pay the payment.
