[Resolved] Citibank — Card not accessible | |||
Citi bank ATM cards are not accessible at any POS for the past 2 days, Also amount could not be transferred online to other accounts. Poorest customer care that they have provided land line numbers which are non-toll free, where automated voice responds which again kills our balance. We almost cant find their customer care numbers online, rather it takes to numerous procedures to file a compliant. Very dissatisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||
