[Resolved]  Citibank Credit Card — Deactivated credit card statement keeps comming with mounting fees

- Despite logging request to deactivate card, renewal fees were deducted
- When complaint was raised, I was told that the transaction cannot be reversed
- I refused to pay the renewal charge and since then various charges have been accumulting onto it.
- Have sent mails and also had discussions with collection agents multiple times
- Statement keeps comming in e-mail and amount due now is Rs 42000+ from the initial Rs 2500 renewal charge that I had refused to pay

1. no response for card activation even after full payment.
2. too many querries which are difficult to answer because of fading of bill/reciept.
3. bills non payment charges make the amount hefty.
4. still no response from citi bank customer who remain conneted for so many years
