[Resolved] Citibank Credit Card — Closure of credit card | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am owning the Citi bank credit card [protected] it got expired on nov 2009, they sent the new card unfortunately i am not in bangalore the card returned and got destroyed, so they closed my credit card and debited all my outstanding amount such as 57000 in my salary suvidha account. As a salaried employee i cant able to pay all outstanding amount in shot, so i contact the customer care but they didnt respond correctly they told you get call within 48 hours from our concerned dept but still i didnt get any calls from citi bank. I want to make it all my outstanding amount in to EMI so i can complete all dues in a period of time. So please contact me and guide me. I am in the poor situation. PLease help me in this case.till this time i made an minimum amount payment correctly if it misses also i payed that minimum amount with fine cum interests.Please help me on this case. Citibank — closure of credit card
Dear Sir/MadamI had closed my credit card from citibank No [protected] and the settlement was done at 13000 but now the bank people are asking me to pay 2000 more and then only they will release the settle ment letter.
