Citibank India — Wrong initial in name by Bank Officials

Hi All,

This is my greivence regarding mistake made by the officials of issuing Credit Cards. They made me Mr. in respect of MS.in their records.
Today I am online since last 40 minutes on Mobile with Ex. Shreshta to contact with their Supervisor,because she is saying that she is unable
to solve my problems because I am MR. in their records. Previously I had contacted & their was no problem of this catogry.After a lot of time
Ms. Namarta was conact on phone & after some time she again put me on hold.

let me know who is resposible & why you people are making fool by holding my phone again & again
