MY NAME IS SHRI A.BANERJI. I AM THE HOLDER OF CITIBANK CREDIT CARD NO. [protected]. EARLIER I USED TO GET THIS CARD STATEMENT EVERY MONTH DESPATCHED BY COURIER TO MY RESIDENTAL ADDRESS B-396(FIRST FLOOR)C.R.PARK,NEW DELHI-110019. FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS I AM NOT GETTING ANY C4DIT CARD STATEMENT FOR THIS CARD. WILL MY COMPLAINT BE REGISTERED IMMEDIATELY AND THE MONTHLY STATEMENT FOR THIS PARTICULAR CREDIT CARD DESPATCHED EVERY MONTH TO MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY?

I am a regular customer of citibank credit card since last more than 20 years () since i did not receive the monthly statement for 15th october 2015 i had sent e-mail and subsequently reminders but till date i have not received any response () due to non-receipt of online statement i am unable to reconcile the transactions, resulting my refund claim with i.R.C.T.C. Is held up () please look into the matter and expedite the matter () my registered e-mail id is [protected]@iffco.In and mobile no. Is [protected] ()
