Citibank — personal loan not given

Dear sir,

I have applied a personal loan for 3 laks in citibank, chennai branch on 2nd of november 2012.

and all the procedures completed and I signed the loan agreement also, but till date there is no response from bank,

and the money also not credited in my account.
