CITIfinancial — Failure to deliver | |
Hi, I wanted loan for some wedding in the family and had approval from 2 banks i.e. Citibank & Citifinancial. I opted citifinancial over citibank after analysing certain benefits. I got the cheque from Citi financial however cheque got bounced due to some issue from Citifinancial's end. since I had already planned and had done some expenses, I had to borrow money from someone and had to face lot of embarrssment. They have committed to give the new cheque once they receive the old cheque, I am loosing time as its just 3 days to go for wedding. Pls suggest how shall I proceed and claim for loss of my credibility. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
