I have taken a personal loan from citi financial with account number 16118400 from bangalore branch. I have paid 8 EMI and could not continue paying it. I have spoken to an agent by name Kiran to settle off the amount for a reduced amount in Dec 2010 for an amount of 1 Lakh. I could not arrange funds and he has given time to arrange funds. In the mean time there was an agent by name Abhinandan & Francis went to my house and harassed my parents by threatening saying "My mother has signed the sureity for the loan" and have used all abusive language and mis guiding information about the same. I was not available during this time and my brother had to sell my Mom's only bangle to pay an EMI. They are still not ready to return the document which they claim which has my Mom's signature when my brother was contacted. He was to proceed with the help of an advocate as he suspect forging of signature by citi financial when my MOM was there in native than in Bangalore. I am in a neck point with my commitments and was getting thoughts to end my life. Threatens to my parents and their harassments by citi financial agents are adding to it. I am not sure what I should here when citi financial was ready to settle the money, sending agents again. This agent has also agreed to settle the amount now which I am unable to arrange and has threatened everyone that if I dont pay off the amount, he will harass my parents again who are above 65 yrs and wont be able to take this.
Request any one of you to help me with this.
