Personal Loan
This is in regard to the personal loan which I have taken from Citi Financial-pallavaram 14 Month ago. I have been promised at the time of the disbursement that if i pay six installments on time then I will be upgraded for "Top Up" scheme and I made sure that there is sufficient money in my account so that there would be no possibility for any cheque to be dishonored. I can present my bank statement.I would like to tell you about the services of bank is providing as I have visited more than 5 times at branch which is located in pllavarm branch and there I met Mr. guru and he responded as "Please come next month, I will call you" and I visited him for more than 4 times and every time he used the same sentence. I am really disappointed after meeting representatives as Citi Financial is a big name in Banking Sector and no one expects these pathetic services or attitude. I have given application to branch and main branch which is located in chennai but they response me they can not give me top up but why it is not clear to me.
Your early action in this matter would be highly appreciated as it's matter of direct money loss to me.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I have taken Personal loan from you vide Loan A/c no. 12441224 and for the same an EMI amount i.e. Rs. 2304/- is debited through ECS from our SBI account.

The last ECS was done from my SBI account was in MARCH 2008 and as per your negotiation with the SBI gets disturbed you stopped taking the EMI through ECS as what informed from your KOLKATA office, they asked to deposit the EMI through CASH only every month.

Your executive visits every moth from APRIL 2008 to our residence to collect the EMI in the form of CASH and also provided the receipt for the same.

After depositing the EMI every month in cash, you have taken money through ECS from my SBI account on 05/10/2008 for Rs. 4608/- i.e. an amount of two EMI's.

Now today you have send SMS to deposit the EMI on an urgent basis of Rs. 2304/-, as you have already withdrawn Rs. 4608/- as advance without intimating to us and now you are asking more amount to deposit what you are trying to fool us or trying to cheat towards this loan in withdrawing the amount without any information to us.

we had already lodged FIR in KHARDAH POLICE STATION vide complaint no.725 dated 07.11.2008 along with your executive present at the moment of filling the FIR towards your fraudulent act in making ECS after stopping from your side only by intimating that cash will be deposited and now you have withdrawn two EMI's as advance, why?

Keeping in view of your reputation just look into the matter on an urgent basis else your are forcing us to take judicial action on your fraud which you are continuing first by debiting by ECS and now sending SMS for more funds while you have already taken two advance EMI'S

waiting for your quick response in clarifying your stand as we do not want to say that CITI FINANCIAL IS A CHEATER AND DO FRAUDS in taking the EMI amount.

I can present my bank statement.I would like to tell you about the services of bank is providing as I have Contacted more than 5 times at branch which is located in Kodambakkam branch and they responded as "Please come next month, I will call you" and every time they used the same sentence. I was really disappointed by worst services or attitude. They response me but they told me that you are not eligible and cannot give me top up, "BUT WHY IT IS NOT CLEAR TO ME".

Your early action in this matter would be highly appreciated as it's matter of direct money loss to me.
