[Resolved]  CITIfinancial personal loan — Torcher by Citifinancial Manager - Rajesh Sharma - Pathetic Customer Service with no mistake of the consumer.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Vishal Bhargava and I am the Head of Recruitment for a Leading Investment Banking Firm.

Two months ago I was approached by one of your executives for a personal loan which got approved and I received the same via cheque from your Vashi II branch in Navi Mumbai in Jan 08 from Ms. Priya (Branch Manager and currently on Maternity Leave).

Post that my ECS facility was done and in the first month itself I was told to pay the EMI by Cash as there was some error on the part of Citifinancial (confirmed by Ms.Priya) with regards to my ECS and she committed that this time I should pay by Cash and next month i.e. Feb 08 onwards the same would be done via ECS.

I have been getting atleast 2 – 3 calls every day from your Collections Team no as follows: [protected] who are hooligans who don’t know how to speak to customers.

IF A CUSTOMER HAS DEFUALTED AND NOT MADE THE PAYMENT I UNDERSTAND YOU HORRIFY HIM; BUT IN MY CASE MY CHEQUES / ECS HAS NEVER BOUNCED AND THEY ARE TROUBLING ME.

Today I get a call from Mr. Rajesh Sharma ([protected]) from your Seepz Branch who is a bloody individual who does not know how to speak to customers. He told me that if I don’t pay by Cash he will torcher my Dad which he did today atleast thrice today and every time used to cal me up and tell me that I have torched him now and as my Dad is 70 years of age he got frightened for no mistake of mine. If this Rajesh Sharma would have been in my Company I would have sacked him then and there. Would request you’ll to take some serious action against him as such employees spoil the name of Citifinancial. HE HAD THE GUTS TO ABUSE ME LEFT RIGHT CENTER AND ALSO MY DAD WHICH I WOULD NOT TAKE AND WILL FOR SURE GIVE IT BACK TO HIM LEGALLY. I have already reported the same to the Times of India Consumer Cell and thought I should inform you’ll first about MR.RAJESH SHARMA – A Stink in Your Company.

The only option left with me now is to take this to the media and inform the about the excellent Customer Service provided by Citifinancial to its customers.

Now this would be taken to the consumer court by me as by profession I’m with a legal background and will also take this to the Media and let them know what kind of excellent services CITIFINANCIAL provides to its customers.

Thought I should bring to your notice.

Awaiting a reply of some action on Mr. Rajesh Sharma and also a resolution to my problem.

CITIfinancial personal loan — Pooret Service and Miscommunication

I had applied for the personal loan from citifinancial bank at Sangar Tower office, Jaipur, for this one of the marketing representative Mr. Sunil Khandelwal has contacted me and undergone the process.
All the documents rquired were given and all the necessary formalities on your behalf was done.
Mr. Sunil Khandewal told me that your loan has been sanctioned and you can come with 4cheques and you will get the Cheque from us.
All cheques from my side has been given and also agreement and ECS form has been signed but I did not receive any cheque from them. I am fed up of the services provided by citifinancial.
Please provide cheque or else please return my all documents and cheques and cancel the agreement and ECS form signed.

I had take a personal loan three year back in Nov 2004 and it was for 36 month and know ur collection deaprtment executive and collection boy comes thrice in a week and show us that we have to pay for 42 months what this attitude toward the collecting system. My family really harrased by ur peolpe. Please tell your people to show some respect towards elder peolpe and everything can be solve by negotiation and discussion. I stay in Mahim and I have take loan of Rs 40, 000.00 which i repayed in Dec 2007 but still ur peolpe harrasing my famil as I used to work outside. I ask them to call me on Mobile but still they visit my place and harras ...Please look in to this matter and reply me as soon as possible. I have advice my many friends not to take any kind of a loan from citifinancial because they collection department harras very much..

My account no is 4612364 and my balance payment is somthing around 12000/- and from citi finance vashi centre TEL NO [protected] Miss ARYA call me dtd 8/04/2008 about the balance payment and i tell arya to give u in part payments but they tell me if you want to close (final settlament) this account than pay Rs 5000/- in one short within 2days and i will give you settlement letter so i am agree with this and arrange the money Rs. 5000/- Dtd 09-04-08 and sleep no[protected] given to Mr. Vilas.
after that they dont give me settlement letter so third day i call but she say to me server down so i cant give u the same, i think the my account close but dtd 13/06/08 visit to andheri-seepz office and tell all the story but they also not reply me so wt i am do please give me the settlement letter i am to much frustraid about citi finance service, Please look in to this matter and reply me as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action.
Dear Sir/Madam

I am very disagree with your services, as all the other banks provide loan to people who are above 20yrs, but only your bank does not provide this facility, why dont u think that a person with a good package of the year has to face the problem, we are educated people & do not cheat anyone, as compare to other banks such as HDFC, ICICI, FULLETRON, BARCALAYS, all these banks or finance co.are providing us with the same, but not your bank, its very irritating, do u think that your bank is no 1 bank, to be on number 1 you has to modify it according to your customers.i have an experience of loan with your bank, & will never forget it, So be helpful to your customers or else your bank would be no were in market in the future,
