[Resolved]  CITIfinancial personal loan — I have no dues,but my name in defaulter list of cibil

Dear Sir
I had taken personal loan from city financial in December 2008 of Rs 44,000. My term was till July,11.My EMIs is Rs.2149/-.An agreement of ECI was done between my HDFC bank and City Financial.This year my HDFC salary A/C is closed and transferred to ING Vysya. I want to inform the city Financial about the said matter,but the office of City Financial was closed from Ranchi.i.e. they have wind up their business from ranchi.I was very shocked and after searching his office or concerned person,i found nothing.
From here my 5 cheques has bounced,because my HDFC A/c has been closed as well as City Financial office. In July i found their payment collection office JAI SAI SERVICES,HINOO at Ranchi.Immediately I went their and paid Rs 12437/- that is my full and final payment.I have paid all dues alongwith interests.
My term was till july and I paid it.I have also their A/c closure report with no dues certificates.My loan A/c no.was 15741413
Sir but the CIBIL treat me as a defaulter and now I am unable to take any Loan,I am a ASM in a pharmaceutical company and want to purchase a flat.But only this no bank is entertaining me.
Sir my dreams are going in vein.Please help me and remove my name from the defaulters.Pls help me
