City Bank Credit Card — City bank credit card

I don't have a city bank credit card. But some days back I recieved a SMS on my mobile ([protected]), that says that your city bank credit card has been renewed and send to your address .After some days I recieved a call from your customer care that there is an insurance scheme on behalf of your card.I am surprised what's going on .I am afraid that if there is any misuse of credit card on my name .Pls give me some solution in above mentioned E-mail ID.

Dear Sir,
It is regarging Add on Card NO [protected], the renual of the card was due in Feb 2009. So far I have not recieved the renued cacd.You are requested to issue the same at your earliest.
