I think in this cirises situation, we should wait and watch and support the company. I think today there are some investors who have met at nariman point, and extending their support to the company. The company will also be conducting a meeting with investors on 14 & 15th of October`2009.
If we public declare support to company, it will definetly help the company in coming out of this trouble time and regain its original form.
Instead of accusing of the company, lets pray that the company starts again and let all be benifited.!!!

City's schemes have given many a families food to eat, a good lifestyle to live. Nothing can go wrong with them. Those who have complained against them do not understand that they have been in the market for so long. If they had to run, they would have long back. Why would they return with a case in their pocket, not once but twice. Let us all hope that the 14th & 15th Oct meet gives us good news and assures that our money is safe. (though their website says the same in public notice). I have closely observed fiancial frauds like the Satyam, thru newspapers, thru conferences, thru meetings and have observed that it was a very different case. All was going well, the cheques were clearing unless some a**e complained about some issue he faced with their office and the bubble blew from there.
I would also, alongwith you, request all investors to please be patient and do not file any further cases since this will only lead to more delay and more aggitations - which end of the day leads to nothing but our loss.
Be patient and observe what happens. If you are so worried then you shoudn't have invested in them on first place! you have no right to give any allegations to them since your investment was out of your choice and not any force majeaure!
