With reference to the message sent by the staff and management of city group, we the investors can wait till October 14 or 15th to receive a positive answer from the management that they shall take a decision and see to it that we the investors get our money back, either monthly as we have received or the entire amount we have deposited. The management should realize that there are plenty of people from middle income group who have TRUSTED CITY LIMOUSINES and invested their hard earned money in order to get an additional income. Hope the company comes up with a positive answer and help all the investors who are undergoing a lot of tension and stress.

i just dont understand what is to be done...at one side there is assurance given by city limouzines and on the other hand there is doubt and suspicion in my mind...as above person says that they might declare insolvency legally

I am a client of City Limouzines India Ltd. I had been issued a post dated 3 cheques of Rs. 7775/- per month. I used to deposit on 27th of every month. During Aug 09 month after depositing the cheques my cheques seems to bounced i got shocked i called up immediatly to know what is the matter i came to no know about companies auditing for some days.then they send an sms stating that " All members of the company are informed that due to reorganizing/restructuring we request all members to hold the deposit of cheques till 15th Sep 09". After 15 Sep 09 there is no information from them. Assuming that everything is well, i deposited a cheque on 16th Sep 09. In between i heard a news of this company has gone, it is a fraud . when i checked my account, the cheque money is not credited, it is bounced stating that "Insufficent Funds".will they recover the loss if anybody gets any news about it please call me on [protected]

It appears to be a fraud because citylimouzine company has closed all its offices at Mumbai and other cities which is a clear indication of deceiving its clients.Had the management been responsible, they should have kept their offices open and explain to its investors that why their cheques were dishonoured.
Investors will certainly co-operate with the company if there is any genuine problem. Why they are keeping quiet?
I belong to ex-servicemen community who are in thousands-those invested.We believed the company
as it has employed a very senior Air Force Officer as Regional Director and his lady wife as Managing Director. I request the Regional Director rise to this occassion and explain the difficulties.Ex-servicemen
investor will certainly co-operate with him in resolving the issue otherwise this disciplined community may lead its demonstration through streets and right upto Rashtrapati Bhawan and Parliament House.
Can any one at higher level in judiciary or executive levels or media come out to help this community who have sacrificed their youth for the defence of the country and now they are on roadside as they have invested their hard earned money for their old age and other responsibilities.
I invite all the investors to get together and open a joint front to retrieve our money. I am prepared to co-ordinate. I am available on land line[protected] and mobile [protected].

i fully agree with all investors who have fully trusted an iso certified co. and such co.cheated slowly with people openly . what will be the court's decision on this god only knows.anyway we hope for the best on october 15th.
I do agreed on all above complaints made by investors, however I my self has gone through the same experience w.r.t Cheque Bounced with the same remarks.
We as a investors had more belief in ISO certification than any other standing of the company now it is very sad to know that Any ISO certified company may get such kind of money fraud activities.
It's completly fail of trust with ISO mark, which we as customer/clent look at with belief of quality and standard process/procedures to be in tact.

I dont know why this things are happening as i heard that this company is running from 14 years, and i trusted to those investers who had invested money from 8-9 years back. Many of them said that they are satisfied with this company as they run their house from this income. I sold some jewellery and invested Rs.30, 000/- and i have recieved approx 5, 000/- yet. Now this company is in trouble, but i think there must be some misunderstanding between them. But i wish to take my balance amount and discontinue the investment plan.

I am also a sufferer of City Limouzines(City Realcom). The cheque deposited on 18 Aug 09 is bounced and further no cheque deposited. I rang up director Chennai office, lady told, it will be cleared by 05 Sep 09. But, now dating is continues. I do not understand the fate of my hard earnd money. Please intimate me the latest position. Whether the company is going to give the money back.
