Help required to get back investment money with Full Compensation

With due and humble submission, I Sonadevi Bist would like to inform you that, On date 02/05/05 My husband Mr.Premsingh Bist have invested a sum of amount 1, 57934/- in City Limouzines (India) Ltd by Cash and office Located at 102 B Wing 10th floor Mittal Tower Nariman Point Mumbai- 400021.
As per the agreement made by the company with us, I recieved post–dated cheque sum amount of rs.6000-/ per month in my Bhayander (East) residence address The post-dated cheque issue by company in my name Sonadevi Bist because my husband has expired on Oct - 05 and I submitted the affidavit in the company regarding name changed request for further cheques and I received cheque only since Sep- 2009 and after that I got only one cheque in the months of Oct 2009 but which is bounded due to insufficient balance in the company cheque Number is 545324 or cheque date is 07/10/09.
From Oct - 09 to till date I didn't get any cheques or any sum of amounts from the company.i also called company office Number but I am not getting any response after few months later I received some information that company has closed due to some scam done by company members and case is running in High Court after that what happened now regarding case I have no idea.
I request you please help me to get all refund my husband hard earn money with full compensation from Date Oct- 09 to till date.

I invested 1, 27, 010 in limouzines company at Nehru place. I Invested money at 12 Jan 2009. When my check is not cleared then I go to Nehru place but the office was closed & the address of this company is not found in Mumbai.

i am samuel from hyderabad even i and my family members invested in city limouzines and got cheated like u all we had invested around 24,00,000 lakhs it was my dads hardearn money from his retirement and my brother house mortage and my uncles person loan and my bussiness loan we are now not able to pay back the money to bank and in great prob because now we dont have anything and its huge amount for us we believed in the company and invested by taking chance.And know even we dont have any idea what going on about the company we heard that a case was booked so i request u my bro and sister plz send the update of the company and pray to lord jesus christ and have faith in him i am surely he will help all o[censored]s by one or all way if he closes one door he will open the other door dont worry just keep trust him what ever happens happens for our own good so plz prayer and have faith in him and plz send the updates i[censored] have anything latest

I have not received even my principle amount. In July 2008 I had invested 129000/- in City Realcom. Till june 2009 i got 7775/- worth 11 cheques. There after chq got bounced and i got stuck. My 34000/- rs. are still with the fraud company City Limouzines.
Please help me in getting my hard earned money back soon.
Please take hard action on the company fraud people.

CHEQUE BOUNCED
Dear Sir,
I have invested in this company around 1.28 Lakhs, but suddenly the company is under scanner, i don't know what is happening in all the branches in Delhi and has been closed, please help me in this issue what is status and results about the investment. I have tried to contact head office in Mumbai i have not received any proper information about the investments. I think lakhs of people from india and abroad invested in this company also in the same ship, if any body know the updates please mail me to the concerned email ID, it will be a great help to the updatees and GOD bless...

I received a cheque of amount Rs. 7775 dated as 28-oct-2009 from City Limouzines India Ltd, I diposited same cheque on 05-nov-2009 in my Bank, Which has been bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance and my file no.is 21965 and i am suffring in same in my all another files this is a very serious matter for me and my family.

Financial fraud
I have invested Rs. 252841/- in the month of January 2009 in the combo offer of the company for a return of 16541/- per month as per the agreement of the company. Out of 12 cheques received only 05 could be en cashed.Sixth cheque onwards it started bouncing due paucity of funds as informed by the Bank. Later on I came to know about the fraud by the company. No intimation so far has been received from the company. As per information available perhaps the company is fighting a legal battle and I am not sure what will happen. Request advice how to get money back and progress in the case.

City limouzines limited — financial fraud
I have invested Rs.134000(one lakh thirty four thousand) in city limouzines ltd. branch(City realcom ltd.)in August 2008.They have given me receipt of the amount paid to them.In return they give me monthly cheques of amount Rs. 7775(seven thousand seven hundred seventy five).All is well for 11 months,but then my chequefor the month of september 2009 had bounced.And since then there is no sign of the company at their office
located at Nehru place,New delhi.I want my money back from them.please help me
this is a common complaint of all the investors in all such investments of this company. I am also a investor in such said company and till date did not get any returns. kindly do some thing in this regards.

The company has cheated the all customer but the law of company act 1956 and the government of India as well as EOW has to submit their investigation as early as possible and try to pay at least the capital of the investor at the earliest.

I called on City Limouzines India Ltd help line for same, but I didn't get any satisfactory response from help line, I called on "Toll Free / 24X7 Helpline: 23814792" at 2:16 PM on dated 12-Sep-2009 a lady picked the call and she didn't show any interest to resolve my querry/concern she hanged the phone with stating that "We will dispatch a letter after 20th Sep then check."
As per my knowledge and as per company websites "City Limouzines" India Ltd. and ISO approved company.
I sent mail regarding same on given e mail ID "[protected]@citylimouzines.com" but till date I am not getting any revert from company.
It is very very serious case, If company is going to Fraud then It will impact all investors.
I request you please take legal action against City Limouzines India Ltd.
I at the end want to konw who are responsible and will they punish ??

I have invested in City Limozine scheme but the cheque got bounced. ThenI received a letter to attend the meeting which was held at wilson college. Also it was mentioned that the investor would get the return at 7% interest as per RBI norms. Kindly tell me when will it be disbursed.

Breach of agreement, cheque bounce

It is very pathetic that ISO 9001 standard company has committed such a fraud and left investors in dilemma and ruined. I have invested in Rs. 2,57000/- money in City Limouzines in Aug 2008. After July 09 I enquired for additional cheques, it was told that due to audit, after 15 days we will be able to provide you cheques. but after 15 days they did not receive my call and subsequently in internet I came to know about the fraud. Such an act has left me in despair and cheated me with my hard earned money. i dont know how I can contact them and How I can get my money back? Kindly help me out from this situation.

After July 09 I enquired for additional cheques, it was told that due to audit, after 15 days we will be able to provide you cheques. but after 15 days they did not receive my call and subsequently in internet I came to know about the fraud. Such an act has left me in despair and cheated me with my hard earned money. i dont know how I can contact them and How I can get my money back? Kindly help me out from this situation.

fraud promise made by company
iam rizwam uzzama staying in hyderabad,I have invested 2.6lakhs into the city groups.on aug 15.by which i recived file number80077 and the cheques.into 12 installments.even i did't widraw single cheque because of in sufficient funds into the accounts of city groups.i requst to the consumer department officials to help me into getting my invested money back as soon as possible.SIR i have invested all my hard working money by working in sun/day and night as a WAITER in hotels from 7 years.for my sister marriage in the hope of more earnings but it could't happend.please help me the engagement have be done in oct but there is marriage with in afew weeks so that kindly requsting you to help me sir/madam.you can contact me on my mobile 091-[protected],091-[protected].

today on 16th sept i came to know from the zee businees television news that the company - city limouzines has closed their office from hyderabad and delhi. pramod [protected] , delhi. Its true...i personally visited there Nehru place office but it was closed and realized the problem as i had invested my hard earned money in the company and lost approximately 3 lakhs of my my money...please suggest me if anybody knows the solution or whom to catch hold in such cheating.

I am a client of City Limouzines India Ltd. I received a cheque of amount Rs. 4000 dated as 2-sep-2009 from City Limouzines India Ltd, I diposited same cheque on 7-Sep-2009 in my Bank, Which has been bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance".
I called on City Limouzines India Ltd help line for same, but I didn't get any satisfactory response from help line, I called on "Toll Free / 24X7 Helpline: 23814792" at 2:16 PM on dated 12-Sep-2009 a lady picked the call and she didn't show any interest to resolve my querry/concern she hanged the phone with stating that "We will dispatch a letter after 20th Sep then check."

Today i visited City Office at Nehru Place to confirm whether should i deposit the cheque on Monday 7th Sept or not. I came to know that the final judgement of the court will be at 4 pm today i.e. on Saturday 4th Sept. So please call on Monday. All the staff run away from the office. So the Director came from Mumbai to answer our queries. They are continuosly satisfying everyone’s answer from morning to evening. I also came to know that some senior people (one Mr. Ameen) at Delhi Branch did a scam, just becoz of that it all happening and they have also lodge FIR against them. They said and showed a copy of DD given to Govt. amounting to Rs. 2225 crore to show that they have so much money and they intended to give it to public so clear the judgement at earliest so that we can give relief to our investors. They also said that minimum v can give you the principal amount. And if you give us some time then the City will go as earlier. Even before 2 days they had issued cheques to their customers. So if they have intention to run away with our money they will not come from Mumbai and sit and answer our queries. Company is genuine, believe in it and trust god. Give the company some time in bad times. I will again visit on Monday at Nehru Place.

Initially my frnd invested in the year 1999 he got back the whole amount as committed by the company in five years, my father also invested in 2004 and he got all returns in the committed time. So, looking to the past of this company we can wait till what time they tell us. Today I had a word with one of their officials who have conveyed that we should wait till 15th September 09 and then deposit our cheques as normal.
So lets have patience till all legalities are done. We knew the risks involved and we should be ready for whatever happens. Lets hope for the best...

All our cheques had been honoured till july. When we deposited our by cheques for the month of August, we got the blow of our lifetime, ou cheque got " BOUNCED". When we called up at the Nariman point office, no one answere the call, hence we rushed to the office, at their office they told us that I don't have 2 warry but to depozite my cheques after 5th September, as there is govt. audite is going on in company.
hence i waited till 7th od sep'09.
Today on the 7th of Sep'09, when i called up city office one staff named Shubadha they said that the enquiry is still on and i can deposit my cheque on the 15th of sep'09
i dont know what to do know... any one plz guide us...

I think payment problem is not so much problem on the basis of previous record of co. but branch officess of city limozioun situated at different places are excusing with different words.
like Jaipur office say, principal amount will be refund with interest. Mumbai office say wait, Delhi office does not attand phones ets that all things will belongs to woorryness of investors.

...when we went we were not 1st to go with our complaints, there was a huge crowd there with same problem of cheque being bounced ...The officials there told to some people not to panic and they will be gathering a meeting on oct 7 2009 on some stadium for the investor

I had invested rs.2.52 lacs in this company, my a/c was debited on 27th of july and I had no news after that, as whenever i had enquired the reason given to me by delhi office was that an Audit was going on and the cheques would be issued till 5th september.
however when on 5th I again called up, I came to know about the entire incident.
After rushing for Delhi I found the company officials are not there and some so called officials from bombay are there to answer the queries.
I am not at all satisfied with the answer provided to me by those officials.
Lets wait till 15th as this is the date provided by the officials from Bombay.
I pray to god that our hard earned money is not wasted like this and things come back to normalcy again
however when on 5th I again called up, I came to know about the entire incident.
After rushing for Delhi I found the company officials are not there and some so called officials from bombay are there to answer the queries.

Had a word with Mr. Ajit (pune office) a while back. He says there'll be a creditors meeting on 7th October '09 in Mumbai. All investors are required to attend the same. For those who cant attend, a proxy attendance form needs to be filled and sent along with representative to Mumbai. The deal is - Court will take the decision based on what the investor wants - refund or restrcuture of schemes. I guess there 'll be some kind of voting for the same. The proxy form is expected to come in newspapers maharastra times & the city website by next monday. thats all i ve got for now.

I am also one of the invistor of City Limozine. I have invested way back in 2003 i.e; about 6 years back. I have invested about 1 laks rupees & I got regular income of Rs. 4000/- p.m. on regular basis for 5 years. On expirey of contract I have also recd. Rs. 70000/- as promised by them.
With increased faith, again I have invested in City Real Com (2 Nos.) & Combo (1) No. Even few of my relatives, friends & brothers have invested in the same.
But none o[censored]s really bother to know, what is the core business of City. As they say they are into Car hiring & property development. But I doubt, as we have rarely seen the City Limozine Car on hire.
I am also one of the invistor of City Limozine. I have invested way back in 2003 i.e; about 6 years back. I have invested about 1 laks rupees & I got regular income of Rs. 4000/- p.m. on regular basis for 5 years. On expirey of contract I have also recd. Rs. 70000/- as promised by them.
With increased faith, again I have invested in City Real Com (2 Nos.) & Combo (1) No. Even few of my relatives, friends & brothers have invested in the same.
But none o[censored]s really bother to know, what is the core business of City. As they say they are into Car hiring & property development. But I doubt, as we have rarely seen the City Limozine Car on hire.

There appears to be really something fishy about repayment. I had invested Rs.1, 25, 010 in June 2009. July cheque was honoured by their bankers but August and September 2009 cheques bounced. The company has not sent any intimation so it is presumed that the company has vanished from the scene and my hard earned money has gone. It the company is genuine it should approach me and intimate as to when they will make arrangement for making payment.
I put the chq on 30th sept it returneed with remark insufficent funds, I hv four more chq due on every 30th of every month, pl guide wht to do for recovering our money

As per the meeting held on 14th Oct-09 at Wilson School and the statement given in today's times of India.. The meeting is illegal.. in a meeting company's reprasentative told public that they are ready to give principal amount with 7% interest in 12 PDC's.. This is for those who's balance principal amount is with them and not for those whoes investment get realised by getting cheques till july-09. NOW THE QUESTION ARISES.. What about the old investors like me and my friend suvarna. who has invested in Combo officer.. and supposed to get regular income for FIVE YEARS from 2007 as per THE AGREEMENT between US and CITY GROUP... Also they had alloted us share certificates to us and told us in case company finds any difficulty in paying the amount at time during these five years we will get the money against those share certificate.. Actually company has to give assurance to all the old investors promise to pay the amount for the rest of the years as per the agreement..BCOZ we had invested our money by keeping our faith on the company and keeping plan, vision and goal for the next five years returns for our family. I have invested two shares bearing the no. 6635 and 6636 on Jun 2007. I have been got my cheques cleared given by the company until Jul 2009. The August 2009 cheques were bounced and consequently got a message to my phone that to wait until 07 Sep 2009 and to confirm from the company before submitting the cheques in the bank.In the first week of Oct 2009 I have got a letter from the company representative to participate in the investors meeting to be held on 08th of Oct at Mumbai. I couldn't attend it because I am residing at Chennai.

When asked for reason they told me that, the company's financial audit is going on, u deposit that cheque on 5th Sept. 09 &5th oct 09. On 5th i got the information that company again told investors to not to deposit. Further I request you to look into the matter to get back the hard earned money.

Dear All, like you all I also invested in the companywith good faith and past record of the company. I could not believe when I came to know in Aug that my cheque has bounced I lost my sleep for many nights. Lastly I could realise that we all should have patience and pray god to show Mr Masood the path of honesty

I AM ALSO INVESTOR, when i heard about the city limozine fraud, I get shocked, bcauz, I thought its a reliable company, unfortunately, my cheques get bounced, i went to the city limouzine office in abids hyd.they told me not to worry, we are going to change the dates, and they called me after an hour
again when i went there, they have given me the cheques for 15th sep 2009.ON 14th sep, one of friend has call me and ask me to watch the news from the net about city limozine, i have seen the news from the net and came to know about the fraud, but still, I have hopes from ALMIGHTY ALLAH THAT, all investors will get money back.but we have to wait for some time and keep hopes, always think positive.be patiance, this is my advice to all investors from india.and other countries.

City Limouzine india — Cheating on My Invested Money to this company
Sir,I am an retired Govt,Servent and I have Invested in the City Limouzine India Company of Rs.272000,at the Bangalore Branch in the month of August, year of 2007,as per the aggrement made by the company they have to pay me for five years of Rs,16842/ and from september 09,their checks are bounced and now they are trying to cover through the comany act,not to pay the money and their cheques are bounced,further I pray for your goodself to make the company to honur the cheques,or Refund the money Invested by me,further for the refund allso,the money Invested to be refunded to be calculated and divided for the period of five years, means sofor per monthly investment is 4600/ and the balance money to be refunded,since the company enjoyed the benifits from our Investments ,so the actual money to be refunded to me,kindly passible help done to me and like me Investers. I do not know that what will happen to me and the faimly because all what i was having was invested in the company.
i can just only wish good for all the investers.
