[Resolved]  City Realcom — Cheque Bounce

have invested my entire savings in city limousine which is owned by Mr Masood Sayed. Now we are asked not deposit any cheques as their is some income tax or fera raid which has happened.


Plz. help me as my entire family is running on the income which i get from city group.

COMPANY IS JUST DELAYING OUR PAYMENTS.EARLIER THEY TOLD TO DEPOSIT CHQS ON 5th THEN ON 7th THEN ON 15th N NOW ON 25th.I DONT KNOW WAT IS THEIR PLAN!!!!

I Have Invested 128010rs in City Realcom & the company has to pay rs8800 per month for 5 years .
I got 6 advance cheques from the co.but now they were saying not to submit the cheques till further details & no one is responding from the company side &this is my personal appeal to consumer court on behalf of all my friends & who all have invested in the same that why don,t they make a law so that nobody will suffer from this bcoz their are lots of families which are totally dependent on this but now they have no options so ones again its my humble request to take the decision ASAP.

is honoured now the company is not responding to my email and telephone.

my and kusum tanwar has cheque baunse.Why it was. Our file No 21640 R, and 21737 R. Please see it. What happened. When will again put our cheque.

I have paid Rs. 2, 75, 000/- for realcom combo, 12 post dated cheques of ABN-AMRO bank were issued each cheque of Rs. 16, 875/- for one year. My cheque for the month of August 2009 returned for having insufficient funds in the said bank.

You are kindly requested to refund my amount which is hard earned money.

No one is updating the current affairs. Can we deposit our cheques now? Today is already 16th. 15th Sep is already gone. Did any body deposit cheques? Were they cleared? Please update.

My wife invested her hard earned money (127010) in Nov 2009. Till July 2009, all cheques were encashed. But after 27 Aug 2009 the cheque is dishonoured. No response from their office.

I Invested Rs 135000 in City Realcom Ltd. I got chaque of Rs 8800. Last 4 chaques are returened

i had invested 1,29000 in city realcom my cheque started bouncing from august 21 .please help me with the details as to when are payments will be started .
