Hi Respected Sir/ Madam,

I had invested 1, 07, 00 /- on date 8th July 2008 in City Realcom. I had done total payment Receipt no 25820 of amount 80, 000 Rs. and Receipt no 459 of amount 18, 000 and 31, 000 for credit society.

The Company had promised to Pay a Sum of Rs.7775.00 and Rs.8800.00 for 60 Months consecutively and issued PDC which had been subsequently dishonored. Company also made stamped agreement and as per the agreement if company fails his commitment then company has to pay interest on defaulted amount @ 24% per annum.

Further, company had issued 500 preferential shares of Rs.100.00 each amounting to Rs.50000.00 on 2nd occasion, but, failed to issue the same on 1st occasion. Also, company issued Original Stamped agreement on 1st occasion and issued photocopy of stamped agreement on 2nd occasion.

Hence, I request you kindly, do the needful, and help me in getting back my hard earned money.

My father had invested approx Rs. 2, 00, 000/- through demand draft with the City Realcom Ltd Company on 15.08.2009 under real estate business which they have carried out. I have properly issued receipt for the payments of investment made. At the time of investment, M/S. City Realcom Limited assured me to give bonus of Rs. 7, 700/- and to issue cheque monthly. But the company was closed and they did not gave even a single month payment.
Kindly advise on refund of hard earned money.

This is a multi-core scam dates back to 2007. I learned about the scheme througha newspaper advertisement in 2002. It said we would get a car on down payment of Rs. 1.5 lakhs and by paying monthly instalments of Rs. 5000 for four years. The fact was that the care would be used for four years and only after 5 years, I( would get the ownership of the car. Also promised very high returns on my investment. In 2005 when the car was to be allotted to me, I got a call from the police stating the care was stolen. This was the beginning of the scam and nobody got their money back.

Multi-crore city realcom scam - claims refund. - three government servants from the liquidator's office were arrested for allegedly cheating the hon. High court by cooking up fake names of victims to claim refund. Due to this cheating, the hon. High court requested the liquidator to transfer all the claims to mpid court and, accordingly, now all the claims are with the mpid court, who will now carry out the adjudication and settle the claims. Now, nearly one year has elapsed since the claims were transferred to the mpid court and i have not received any notice for refund of the claims submitted by me.

I request you most humbly that, i, being a sr. Citizen, please help me in getting my money back.

Dear sir i invested rs 129010/- in above company on name of my wife sharmeela gupta on 15/05/2009 under file reference no. 33974/r at its new delhi office. But i did not receiced any money and company has been locked.

Sir, I have invested Rs.1,28,000/- in city realcom/limousines in the year 2009 and the same year, the company found to be fraud. i could only recover Rs.8800/- against my first cheque and other 5 cheques have bounced back. Yes, i know the judicial system of our country and the judgement meted to the small investors. Still i would like to know, if there is little hope to get back at least the principal amount, so that i am out of my debt. please let me know.

I have invested 4,50,000 in two schemes of City Realcom and City Limouzine. I was having 60 checques of 8800/- and 60 checques of 16500/- however i recd money only for two checques of 8800, rest all my money was allegedly duped by the company. It was my hard earned money and now i dont have anything left with me. This is my request to all the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and help us get our money back. I have invested in city realcom, but from lasst 6 months not recevied any cheques. Please guide me what is to be done.

I have invested 130,000 Rs in City Realcom , my cheque got bounced in August. After contacting them i was told to re-deposit it after 5th september but still it is not been credited. Please look into the matter and let us know when will the issue be resolved....

May I request U to find out the latest happening at Mumbai. Sometime they are giving notice that there is a meeting on 14 & 15 Oct in a School and the date of court hearing also been postponed.

God knows, what will happen in near future with the investors of City Realcom and City Limouzines ? Please help me out i[censored] ppl have any positive information. I have invested a sum of Rs 1,29040/- (Rupees one lac twenty nine thousand and forty only) with City Realcom at their office located International Trade Tower (5th floor), Neheru Place, New Delhi before 04 months. In a written agreement, I have been given 06 post dated cheque and out of the 06 cheque total 04 have been encashed time to time. On 05th cheque I deposited and bounce from the bank. L:ater I enquired the matter from the office at Neheru Place I found the office is locked and got an SMS that I can deposit the cheque on 15 Sep 09.

The company office is still locked and I do not know what to do. I am an ex-serviceman and hard earn money, I would like to request you to take prompt action to get back my money from the company.
