I bought a plot in one of City Square's ventures called'Residency' near Shamshabad airport (Nagaram) by City Square in 2006. When I visited their office in Ameerpet in 2010, the staff told me that the infrastructure that was promised to be developed in 6 months was still not in place. Has anybody bought a plot in Residency project?

I bought a plot in city square NRI world almost 5 years back and was not much following up with them for development and all.
But today I visited the city square NRI world and it is kind of forest. There is no maintenance and even I am not able to identify my plot. I am really feeling that whatever the money have invested has gone waste.
Can some one advise me what should i do now?

I bought a plot in CITYSQUARE NRI WORLD phase II about 5 years back and i was out of station for along time and no follow up with them. when i visited recently in dec 2011. I surprised to see there is only jungle is existing. No plot demarkation stones available. No identification of my plot.I felt that I selected bad developer. Now iam feeling that money investment has gone waste .,

The Ameerpet Hyd office is closed they moved to Minister Road.1-8-32/27 2nd floor, BapuBagh Colony Near KIMS. but I am sure no one will be there, RAVI & SRINIVAS # [protected].[protected]. I WORKED CORPORATE OFFICE SALARY'S ALL SO NOT PROPERLY .
I am a NRI, I went to India after a long long time and I was in Hyderabad for a couple of months after my marriage. I preferred commuting via auto rickshaws (I never saw any taxi there by the way). The auto rickshaw drivers used to give such a hard time, they make their union and they always used to price the trips rather than using the meter. Nobody used meter ever and when I asked they always said that the fare is pretty much same. If it is same then why don't they just use the meter which is the by the law and of course the govt has spend billion of dollars on that (no wonder India is drowning). It was hard to commute their and I really had a hard time in Hyderabad and in a neighbor state as well.
I will blame the city people in this too who never speak up for that. Why don't we use meter to pay our fare? We are paying more if not then the drivers would have never asked to pay without the meter. And if the meter doesn't matter then why do we even have that.
I TRIED ASKING DRIVERS TO GO BY METER but I ended up waiting for an hour with my baggage in the street as they knew that nobody will use the meter.
Honestly its a shameful and negligent ACT of EVERYONE.

The association has taken pain of forming it and we are now close to 200 members and completed the following with the membership funds collected. Association mail id is [email protected]
1) Mutation 2) Gift Deed of open spaces 3) Cleaning entire 40 AC land 4) Restoration of 4 rusted gates 5) Removal of unwanted trees in the entire 40 AC land and burning them. 5) Helping the members to apply for LRS (Layout Regularisation Scheme) as the layout doesn't have the Final approval of DTCP. 6) Conducted 3 General body meetings
Association is working hard and spending the personal time to solve the issues. I request you to join the association to strengthen it and also please let me know if u know any other plot holders who bought plots in Fab Space Phase 1 & 2 I appeal thru this website
Still we have problems in B and H block for few plots. B Block The farmer says until he gets the payment from City Square (around 1 AC he holds) he will not leave those plots.
In H block neighboring farmer occupied few plots as per the layout given by City Square. When we have engaged Govt Surveyor also the issue was not resolved despite so many followups with MRO. Only City Square has to resolve the B & H block plot holders issues. Request them to solve the issues as association can't pay to farmers and evict the encroachments.
Also other infrastructure water tanks are semi finished and no compound wall around layout (which is making the plots susceptible to encroachments). These problems need to be fixed as promised by City Square.
