Well guys iam Sanjeev I own few plots in skyline mahesh warm of late we have filed a police compliant against one mr Krishna reddy who claims of owing a portion of land company guys not very cooperative at city square if anyone owns a plot pls contact [protected], [protected] mr jayadev 11am to 1pm we have already formed a association so be proactive n join the fight against land grabbers n the company to protect our property

As I keep visiting there, I could not see any development on this project, even no boundary now and looks it can not be identified also.

City Square is a big cheating company. They start business with a name and do business for 1 or 2 years and sell same plots to multiple people. By the time people realize it, they will close that business and start the business with a different name. Search google with the name "Happy Estates Pvt.Ltd" which was the old name of City Square. There were hundreds of complaints against this company in several police stations. The Chairman of the company N. MANOHAR REDDY is a big cheat and 420 and there are more than 10 police cases against him and he hides in Bangalore and never comes to Hyderabad and never appears in public.

Hi Mr. Sanjeev, u have right to fight for your plots, and before complaining or filing the case, u have the option to visit the company and talk to the concern person and try to resolve the problem, by getting all your proofs and documents along with you.

We have already started to take criminal action against you regarding this wrong complaint. Citisquare has got offices at banjarahills, as citisquare modulars and in himayatnagar as a interior designing school. Even we have received a cheque from T. B.RAO(CHAIRMAN), AND IT GOT BOUNCED.
He doesnt have any contact number, he will converse only in whatsapp on this number [protected], now after 15days he saying he is not going to pay any amount, and he is insosting that he has good political contacts and he is not scared of law and police.

I purchased a plot in North gate phase 2 at Mamidipally by City square.So far there is no progress in that area and it is deserted.

Hi I am an investor in NRI First project in maheshwaram done by City square I visited the site yesterday and was surprised that someone has ploughed my plot however I can still see the boundaries of the plot. On approaching the VRO office in maheshwaram I was advised to build a boundary for my plot however I would like to know if any of you have taken any advice or are approaching it in a different way. kindly contact me, we are trying to form an association of investors in NRI first and act as a group thanks. I bought a plot in Happy Homes - O2 Zone in Timmapur (Near Fathima Mary Church). If anyone here has a plot there... please reach out to me. There has been no development there in the last 10+ years) I cannot even identify the plot. If any owner from this venture has gone through the government's LRS (Layout Regularization Scheme). Any information in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

I have bought in 2002 an dtoday I applied for LRS. There will be no firther develoment by Happy Homes. You can construct your house after LRS.

We have the registration documents and I checked the same details in the Telangana government website. Are we required to get the LRS done? If so, what is the procedure to get the LRS done? What documents are required for us as individuals? How much is the expected cost for the LRS? Please reply if someone has the information.
