[Resolved]  City Square Enterprises, Hyderabad — Housing Plot in Hyderabad

1. On May 4, 2005 Rs.254400/= was paid through Citibank to a developer in Hyderabad for a plot of land in their Home and Home Project in Hyderabad.
2. In spite of the fact that the above amount was the total amount demanded by the developer for all expenses including the registration and miscellaneous charges no plot was allotted to me.
3. In August 2007 the developers who had changed their name to M/S City Square Enterprises Pvt Ltd., had issued three post dated cheques amounting to a total of Rs.349896/- But all these cheques got bounced due to non availability of funds in the account.
4. In Jan 2008, I filed a case under Section 138 in Borivali Metropolitan Court.
5. My advocate was a senior advocate who was a faculty member in the Government Law College, Mumbai. But in due course I could find he was creating loopholes in my case favouring the opponents. I had to change the advocate and entrust the case to some other advocate. Now the case is pending endlessly in the court. And I am apprehensive that I may not get justice there due to what so ever reasons.
At this stage can I seek protection under consumer court for this case please.
