[Resolved] Clear Trip — Enquiry | |
We booked four tickets to Andamans which cost us around 40000. Our trip was scheduled on 5th of December. Unfortunately, my father met with an accident and we will not be able to make it for the trip. Now, the Clear trip is deducting 30000 and returned 10000 which is supposed to paid as service charges and taxes. Is it legal and ethical to retain the ticket charges?
