[Resolved]  Cleartrip — not refunding my money

I have booked my round trip on nov. from india. Ranchi to Dubai and Dubai to Ranchi. and i have cancelled my Dubai to Ranchi trip.they told me your refuned process that :-

bt till feb i didnot get a single money from cleartrip. and they told me that they have already processed in my bank account.bt i check my account there is no money. n now they are sending me the automatically generated mails that i am not in office.my all conversation are mentioned below :-

I am waiting from my refund from dec. and till feb i did not receive my refund money. this kind of service you are providing to the customer i am sorry to say but i will never suggest any people to book the ticket from your service. People are really lazy and dont know how to work. if i still not get my money within 5 days definitly i will complain to the consumer court.

Can you pls explain me instead of Rs.6,489 you are giving me Rs.5733/- . first thing you didnot processed my refund on time secondly now you are deducting my money.what kind of service is this. and you people didnot check ur mail which you send to the customer. confirm with your people and refund me my accurate amount i.e Rs. 6489. and i check my account still i didnot get any single penny in my money.
