[Resolved]  Cleartrip.com — not got the actual amount of cancellation of ticket

I have booked my ticket from ahmedabad to delhi for 24/12/10 through cleartrip.com my trip id is [protected] & amt is 2614.00 but on that day train was cancelled & we have informed cleartrip customer care they have suggested to file pdf for refund but they are refunding us oniy 1264.00 its not fare they are saying that irctc has sanctioned us this amt we can not help you can i have the detail for this amt. as its your problem you have cancelled the train we should get full refund pls help us on this matter so that we can get right refund . my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com / mob. no -[protected]
