[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Harassment and cheated

I am nk singh a regular customer of rave moti. it is very painful for me to write a complaint against a esstem company like "a mahindra group of company"& "rave moti"

Yesterday dated 30 july, 2011
I received a call at 02:53pm from sonia singh ([protected]) informed me that i am a regular customer of rave moti and i have been selected by her seniors form a lucky draw from club mahindra for 2nt/3dys. she request me to come along with spouse and collect the gift voucher. ask me to come between 3pm to 4pm or 5pm-6pm.. if not i will not come then i will loose cmr voucher gift.

I received a call at 04:41 & 04:55pm from sonia singh ([protected]/[protected]). reminder call for gift voucher.. please be on time we will give you a code number for club mahindra voucher so be on time (i replied-i am sorry i am at office and take some more time to come and my wife was angage in kitty party between 4 to 6pm) she replied that our senior will leave at 6:30pm. pls come on time.

Again i received a call at 06:35pm ([protected]):please come fast and collect your gift voucher and told me to visit shop no 58 at rave moti.. my senior are waiting. (given me lot of pressure)

I reached their at 6:45pm with family {me, spouse (who left the ketty party in middle), 5 years young daughter, 2 months son and mother in law (old lady)} by car drive 10km i. e. from kidwai nagar to rave moti (in traffic time)

Met with miss pooja mishra (holiday consultant) mobile no-[protected] (taken 1 hr) given presentation regarding club membership etc etc... then call some sinour named as sameer ([protected]) given some presentations regarding the same and ask me to give payment of rs. xyz and fill the form then only... i will get the gift coupons...2dy/3nt stay at cmr. i was harassed by you people for more then 1 hr... i was maintained my temperament because of your good reputation and also lot of walking customers was present in the shop as well as an old lady was their with me (mother in law). but it does not mean that i am person who can seat ideally after harassment and cheated. i am not able to sleep whole night and also have family tensions due to your 1 hr harassment process. due to time content i had rush drive and it may be dangerous for me and for my family.

You know due to you people my family got harassed and believe me you have to face the worst consequences. even after you have very good membership plan... but the way your people cheated with the customers... will loose lot of customers... i like your membership... even i was very much interested but i will not take it because of mis-selling, cheating, harassment. i do travel evey year to abroad and 2 vacation in india as well... and had plan for the membership... but no... never... even i will suggest all the people i know... not to make any kind of relations with you guys..

I will not accept your membership even for free.

I promise i will never visit rave moti...

Last but not the least is you have missed a customer for life.

Membership is also as illusive as enrollment process .. so do not think product is good.
I have attended one hour session at Raghuleela Mall, Kandivali West, Mumbai where they tried to convince me to take up a purple membership in accordance with my preference. I went there after talking to someone on the telephone (my number they extracted from my quikr queries on club mahindra memberships). I was also promised a 2 nights free stay at Club Mahindra Resorts, however, they only gave me two movie vouchers and told me that I will receive the stay voucher on my email, which they noted. However, till date, I have not received any such email. Its a big fraud company and Thank God they did this, so I could reconsider my decision of buying membership which I din't in the end. Fake telemarketing, fake on-site (Raghuleela Mall) marketing, fake people and fake promises. All the people who have read this, please don't go for this on-site marketing sessions. Its a waste of time, money and mental peace

Me to there said I got a free voucher by mahindra club 2n/3d package and when I try to book they dont have dates it's a fake and i feel very bad tht they try to cheat people by saying u won a free holiday package
