[Resolved] cms computers ltd — non payment of final settlement

I joined CMS Computers in Aug. 2007 and resigned in June 2008 with all the formalities. Till date i have not received my final settlement and June month salary.
I have received my PF but settlement is pending till date and on contacting the HR Deppt i was informed that it is on hold for some reason and will not be processed.
i have leave this company last march 2010 but my settelment amount or graguaty amount still not given daily following but not sufficient answer or fund not available ,plz helf for the same
