non payment of final settlement
I joined CMS Computers in Aug. 2007 and resigned in June 2008 with all the formalities. Till date i have not received my final settlement and June month salary.
I have received my PF but settlement is pending till date and on contacting the HR Deppt i was informed that it is on hold for some reason and will not be processed....

Not yet credited the PF amount to my Account

I have received my pf settlement letter from EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION, PLOT NO 341 BHAVISHYA NIDHI BHAWAN, BANDRA (E) MUMBAI-400051 on 03/04/2009.my P.F account number is MH/20019/21704.the cheque numbers as prescribed in your letter are
1.798297 dated 18/03/2009 for Rs.9079
2.755535 dated 18/03/2009 for Rs.4261
It has not been credited to my bank account so far
My bank details are:br...

My PF NO: MH –[protected], I was worked for a company from DEC ’05 to SEP ‘ 07 and I had submitted my accounts pf forms 14.01.2008 to PF office, still I haven’t recd payment. Could I know the status of my PF settlement. Pls help me in this regard.
