cms computers ltd — adsl link prob.
From the last one & half year iam logging complaints to bsnl call center that my broadband link(i.e adsl link) goes down in morning & evening time for atleast 3hrs in morning & 3 hrs in evening. Athought it works ok in day time.Till date no one had solved the prob & automatically close the call without attending.
Fed up from bsnl services & unresponsive behaviour of officials. They gives assurances but no work done by them.
many times l called to SDO[protected]. He provided me another no ( Mr. prajapathi) [protected].
From the last four day i am continiously trying to contact him but he did not picked the phone/mobile.
i dont know then why he had taken this no. Every month i am paying Rs 843/-.
Who will be responsible for this???????????? when no one is hearing.
