[Resolved]  Coal india ipo — money deducted but not alloted

I have applied 125 shares of Coal India IPO in Oct 2010 ( Non Online Mode), But
I have been allotted only 62 shares.Rest amount is still not received.
Pl. Refund me as per the following.

d) Cheque No. 861094 DT. 21.10.10 amount Rs. 30,625/- (ICICI Bank ,NFC BRANCH NEW DELHI ) said amount has been debited from my S/B A/c of above bank on
