UNIT: COAL INDIA LIMITED C-13, PANNALAL SILK MILLS COMPOUND, LBS MARG, BHANDUP (WEST), MUMBAI – 400 078 Date: 03-January-2011 Dear Sir, I (Sarita Gupta) had applied for shares of coal india and paid amount of Rs.98000 for 400 shares from UCO bank, Kamla Nagar, Delhi Branch wide cheque no 676487, Dated -21/10/2010. I have got alloted 199 shares in my demat account but not received the refund amount till 03-January-2011. I had also tried to contact your phone[protected] no of times but it is always busy, else no one picked the phone . I also emailed the company several times but didnt get reply. This is to inform you that I, have not received my balance amount refund of Coal India IPO. As per inquiry of your office
I known that refund order was sent by registered post and returnd from15 A Raghav Puram, MORAR, Gwalior (M P)
There fore I, request to you please sent draft on following new address or directly transfer in SBI [protected] ADITYAPURAM, CHITTORGARH
(Rajasthan) account no. [protected]. I am enclosing SBI pass book and Telephone bill scan copy. I have change my address
