Sir, I have appied for shares of coal India, but so far neither any refund not any share has been allotted to my account. The particulars are as under:

Mode of payment: Through Cheque No.002540 dated 20.10.2010 drawn
on State Bank of Patiala , NDRI Br., Karnal.
The above said cheque has already been debited to my account on 26.10.2010 and entry in my account statement reflects as under:

Under the present circumstances, the shares as well as refund, if any, should have been finalized so far. But neither share nor refund has so far been received.
