[Resolved] Coal India Ltd — NON ALLOTMENT OF SHARES APPLICATION NO 38057373 | |||
This is a complaint regrarding non allotment of shares in the recently concluded Public Issue of Coal India Limited. I have been regularly writing to its Registrar M/s LINK INTIME INDIA Pvt ltd, but the registrar has not given me satisfactory reply. I had applied for 400 shares of Coal India Limited vide application No 38057373 and I should have been alloted 199 shares in Coal India, but to my surprise I found that my application has been rejected and my PAN No. was clubbed with another application of Ms Anita Gupta Application No 38057397.and both the applicants were not allotted any shares as in both the applications the PAN NO of mine was entered by the Syndicate member/Registrar. I was not allotted any shares due to deficiency in service by Syndicate Member/Registrar. The refund amount of Rs.24500/- was excess credited to my Bank, which I had already informed to the registrar. The registrar has informed me that this money belongs to Ms Gupta who had requested me to refund the money which I am going to refund shortly. Though as a responsible investor I will refund the money but there is no word from the registrar regarding non allotment of shares and suffering a loss of more than Rs. 20,000/-.in my case. I understand that Coal India will pay a large amount of money to the Registrar for managing/mis-managing the issue of Coal India. I understand that there are lot o[censored]n-solved complaints against the registrar. I applied for Coal India IPO and till date no shares have been alloted to me and moreover the money has also not been credited back to my account. I tried to contact the company concerned but they have not reverted as yet. coal india ltd — Non-allotment of shares
I had applied for 400 equity shares of COAL INDIA LIMITED – PUBLIC ISSUE on 19/10/2010 as a Retail Individual Bidder whose details are as follows:Application Form No. 24612296.
Total amount paid: Rs. 98,000/-
Despite being no mistake anywhere in the application form, I have not been allotted any equity shares.
So I request you to allot me a minimum of 199 shares at the earliest, as all other retail bidders have been allotted.

Ltd & the application number is 34650292, the amount of Rs. 98000/- was deducted . I got 199 shares in my demat account but still I am not getting the refund money i.e. Rs 51682.75 of my application.

Coal India Ltd. — REFUND AMOUNT NOT SENT
I have applied for 400 shares in the aforesaid public offer and have been alloted 199 shares but till date not received the refund order of the balance amount.I inquired my respected post office regarding the refund order who replied that RO could not be delievered .
RECIEPT NUMBER : 8486630 from which the payment of 98000 was made by me for 400 shares out of which 199 shares were alloted and rest of an amount has to be refunded to me for which I am waiting since a month.
I have sent them lot of mails and there is no reply from them. Print scren of the mail is attached.
Kindly help me get this money refunded by them at earliest.

Coal india co. ltd. A reputed company collecting money from people, for ipo but not responding to the problems after allotment. The agencies responsible must be charged heavely.Even if they pay the refund, what would be the interest rate?
