Hi i got a call from cobragroups of banglore regarding managment trainee job ., ., ., so plz i am confused reading this comments plz mail ur experiances, 2maro i ahv the interview, , , , will be waiting

This bloody [censored]ing company is the worst into operations in Mumbai.
Don't ever go near its office premises.

They will continously send you e-mails with many different names...>>>
But ye sab saale chor hain.

Well, yes, the receptionists are quite good. Flirt with them and...well...enjoy them.

This happened to me 6 mths back, ewhen I got a call from this group, and went for interview.
Forget about their lectures, as well as the interview process, all bloody crap.

The selection contains 3 round of interview, 2 written round and the third will be field visit.
Written exams are mostly meant for class 5 students, stay away from it.
The field visit will be for continous 3 days with a JOKER from the company itself.
At the end of it, these will make an evaluation.

I say, who these incompetent people are to judge you.
Boss, very clear..STAY AWAY FROM IT...and tell the same to everybody else...>>

tats d same mail i got last week.i actually appeared for 2 interviews on d same day which i thot were for diff. companies but when i went through the 1st round of interviews i realised both d companies belonged to d same cobra grp. On d same day i got call from 2 other companies which i later found out had d same address n office where i had given d earlier interviews.During d interviews they go on sayin abt how they had become co-owner of d SBU within 6 months and r earning nearly 1.2L/month.Please dont fall for this crap coz no company would make u a co-owner after just 6months and pay u so much.Any sensible person wud come to know they r fraud during d interview itself.The name of d companies from which i got call were... EClat, Glorious, Orbit, Emma( not sure abt d spelling) and Influx.

cobra group a complete fake org. ... known by diffrent names .. with branches all over india...it a sincere suggestion not to join the company... because it has no base and built up only on the bases of the fake comments they give out to innocent people who fall trap...

i totally disagree with the kind of mis-conceptions towards the cobra group...

one should be proud to be associated with a such a huge mnc...freshers dont get into the trap of the wrong comments posted on the internet...

it is quite commendable that the company is reaching out to such a huge number of customers at such a high frequency...

they have a wide range of reputed clientele working with them and across nations...such a huge company would not have been built in a day... it takes a lot of hardship ...

VERY TRUE, even i have heard a lot about them, I am an MBA final year student, and many of my friends have told me their experiences vth them. AND, GLORIOUS MANAGEMENT is also a part of the COBRA GROUP, coz recently a friend of mine got an offer letter from glorious mgmt, vth a pacage of around "6 lac per annum". but the clauses are weired -- they will pay him 8000 per month in the 1st four months and based on the performance they will c whether ur pay should be hiked or not or they can even fire u. and the remaining money of the 6 lac pacage will b paid later(not necessary that they will even pay the rest at all.)

they say that they sell foreign products which are not available in India.. and by selling them we will earn huge incentives too.. ( i dont knw if they are TRUE) glorious mgmt is in Vile parle, mumbai.

guys i feel rather than listening to others start believing in urself. thats where u will get right answers. people who fails wants to prove that everybody else is responsible for their failure except they and thats what i feel that these above people are trying to do.

so dont be a victim of these rumour spreaders and dont miss on a great opportunity that can change ur life. i am just 2 weeks old in the business but guess what i know in n out about their structure, about my growth and income that i can make, and its all REAL ... nd like u all even i had gone thru these blogs before going for 2nd intv,

but guess what i still went ahead to check out myself, and now i am so happy that i dint fall prey to these poeple and took a wise step in my career.

friends hope u all doing well, just wanted to tell everyone of you that what all is written wrong about cobra group is not true.

i joined this company 1 and half months ago and i am already in team leadership position, handling a team of 4 guys in my crew, which is just so amazing, i get lots of encouragement, guidance and motivation from my manager who has helped me thru my ups and downs.

these people are really very genuine and hardworking why discount their hardwork and efforts which they are putting in freshers like us to built our career strong in todays competetive world where we freshers and not even counted as human by other companies.

guys trust me its not all that bad as how it is mentioned here.

yeah i agree with swati, she is smiply so right, even i had worked earlier with cobra and trust me i had great time there, i wouldn't have left the company if i wasn't getting married.

they are such humble bunch of people that they don't even bother about such people and only believe in doing hard and honest work, and giving opportunities to so many other candidates.

this was the only company who gave me job during RECESSION and because of them i was able to sustain myself in those tuff days.

and to tell you i was earning around 18k in my earlier company and after i joined here within 7 months i use to take home around 28 - 30k per month . isnt it a great career growth...

so lets be practical and not get into what others have to say...

hiii...to all o[censored] who r looking forward to judge a company by these sites...n [censored]s of some people...first of all..."COBRA IS NOT A FRAUD"... i have been working in dis company since past 3 weeks...n m already promoted...everyone in dis company starting from d chairperson, country heads, organisation heads, owners, crew leaders, trainers to non trainers just are amaizing...they r very positive, motivational and encouraging...its a really big opportunity or i must say a best opportunity which one can get in his/her entire career...an opportunity to run ur own company...n m not anything...i have seen it..heard it...n even analysed it very well... I CAN ONLY SAY ONE THING NOW THAT COBRA ROCKS!! I agree with you girl .. I was part of cobra few years back... trust me it was once in life time experience I ever had .. I was 1st gen of sukesh khana and 2nd of SAI .. SAI is one hell of the motivation to all the young generations trust me guys if you can join this group then dont miss it .. I am talking about the people who really wana make a difference not for the people who doesnt want to work but just get paid .. lazy asses.. well anyways .. I dont care what people say .. but trust me trust me those who never had any experience in sales or marketing, TRY cobra group .. their is nothing to loose .. You will get paid for sure .. but Its upto you and your hunger to achieve your goals .. So stop talking and Get to work ..

This company will call you..Before that i would say about my self, i have completed my MBA .One fine day i had received a interview call from this company and when went to this office..i had a question looking..the office was too bad..alll thing..was..

3 Interview with full day observation

I am sure that they are not going to reject anyone in their interview.

When the Stupid gentleman telling himself as the branch Manager of the company(telling his package is 13-14 lac/annum) gives the details about the co..and their website i.e www.cobragroup.com.

When i had go through the google search page to find out the company then only the fraud and complaint of the company comes to known to me.

After knowing all this, I had decided not to go for the 3rd round for the interview(which was on the consecutive day).
I had receive the call from the HR telling why i haven't come for the interview, The moment I had told her that i had go through your company complaints &fraud, She get irritated and told me that you have to check these details, before coming to the company.

Cobra Group is a big fraud, cheated many people out of their careers. They talk big but in the end make you sales representatives and the training they provide teaches you how to beg from door to door of several small and medium companies.
This mother[censored]ing company is run by a group of complete [censored]s who are full of .

hahaha these cant even speak english! today the mother [censored]er was taking my interview and when in the end he askd me if had any questions for him i said..yeah i want to confirm the authenticity of your company! the guy could not pronounce authenticity properly. he said note down this website and you can find everything there. now which interviewer says that?

than i asked why is ur english so bad? i DID ASK THAT..m from media experience so i was not scared..the guy said oh because i have done many other things because of english. they are some trained mother[censored]ers...

then i told him that ur company is located in spain tell me the capital of spain and guess what he did not know the capital of SPAIN hahahaha i was laughing my off..i only wish i had a camera ..so i cud sell that video..i told him that i am too smart for this job..i dont want it. and dont run this organization its fake YES I SAID IT ON HIS FACE AND WALKED OUT! i want to do a sting on this compnay and i am talking about delhi branch! so sad!

frndz i hv read most o[censored]r blogs, i hv also received these type of emails.. today was my 1st round interview... i hv read above in someone's blog that the condition of thr office is not good and i totally agree with him, tuday wen i went thr i also observed the same... tomm. is my 2nd round of interview, ya i'll definetly go and try to cross check them... if its fraud then god saved my future and if not made my future...my only prayer is that he may guide me tat i may c the truth...
