I got a SMS on 25th March 2010 from TM-GODSGIFT stating that my mobile number [protected] has won 450000Pounds in Coca-Cola International Mobile Draw UK. They also asked me to claim my prize by mailing them on cocacola.[protected]@live.com, I want to ask that is this SMS authantic or its a 'FAKE'. PLZ reply me soon. Thank You.

I got the same sms regarding win of 45000 pound from coca cola. Then I send my required detail to them on their email ID <cocacola.[protected]@live.com> . I have received the reply from their end Dr. Adams Mark Promo - Manager that my gift has been sent and Mr. BEN John Kennedy will come to india to delivery the same. Today I have received phone from Mr John Kennedy that He is at Mumbai Airport and required Rs. 11500/- for customs clearance. Then I told him that I dont have money right now. After one hour he again called me that he has cleared the gift from customs now he is in Reserve Bank of India for converting my money into Indian Rupees. He requred my account number for trnsfer the money. Then I send him the account number. I again received email from RBI id [protected]@reserveindia.info> saying that "your winning amount has been converted into india currency{Total fund after conversion:30, 588, 356.75 INR} pending the RBI tax clearance which you have to pay before we can transfer the total amount to your receiving bank below, note, these amount is to be creditted to your receiving bank account immediately we confirm your tax charges of [47, 500 INR].YOUR RECEIVING BANK AS STATED" The person john kennedy called me that he will provide me the account number in which I should deposit Rs 47500/- then after depositing the amount the fund amount will be transfer into my account. Now anybody know what to do from my side. Should I deposit the amount or not.

I have gotten a same sms from TM-PRIZE1 on my father's mobile on 10th may at 7.58 am that my number has been selected as the winning number of coca-cola international mobile draw UK for South Africa 2010 world cup...and i was asked to send an email to cocacolaclaim.[protected]@live.com. I replied and after some conversation Mr. Ben John Kennedy has been sent to INDIA to give my prize money.And they also told that I am one of the 7 winners from 7 different countries. Right now he is at delhi as he says. And asking me to give 13000INR to his account as he had to pay custom charge. What should i do now. reply soon.

Why dont the so-called coca-cola people pay off the customs and tax fees from the prize money? Why try to squeeze out money from poor prize aspirants and run away with it? Can anyone here tell me whether he / she could persuade them to pay off the initial sums required for the prize monet to materialize?

If not, this is high-profile scam and coca-cola isnt taking any step for utter misuse of their brand name.

Can anyone advise me or help me in this matter? I've been a victim of such sms and emails.

Even i got the same sms from your name that my mobile number [protected] has won price of 450000 pounds i also that whether its your true or its fake?

This is a BIG SCAM going on in the name of "COCACOLA". Please do not deposit any kind of MONEY to redeem the award amount. Hey people why dont you just think about it, why will somebody that too a company like COCACOLA will give such a huge amount without any "EFFORTS". So please do not be a victim of this kind od SMS's. JUST IGNORE THEM and be happy with what ever u have. ELSE you may forgo with the thing in hands tooo... :)
