[Resolved]  coca cola with scheme — misbehavior of the staff & to act rudely

Sir,
me & my friends visited the mall on 2nd April, 2010 about 9-30 p.m. & during that time came to know about the scheme (buy 1 bottle cocacola of 1.5 liter & get 1 bottle of coca cola free)
We planned to purchase three bottles individually as per the scheme (total 6 bottles) & put them in a trolly. as the line at the cash counter was huge so i stood in the line to pay the cash of all three bottles. at the same time the manager of the mall was inspecting the proccess of the mall. as my turn came, the manager took 4 bottles from the trolly, i shocked & asked the manager why he took all 4 bottles. the mnager didnot give me satisfactory answer on the contarary he behave rudely in front of other customers and other staff mambers of the mall. because of the rude behavior of the manager i / we did not purchase anything from the mall because the behavior of the manager hurt me.
for the same i wrot a complaint in the complaint register of mall and on the very next day i went to the mall to give a written complaint to Mr. Asharfbhai (Authorised person). he read tha whole complaint and after reading it refused to accept the same. thereafter, i sent the complaint by speed post, but the authorised person refussed to accept the same.
i am verry much shocked of the behaviour of the authorised responssible person.
thats why this complaint.
