Dear Sir,
I have applied for passport on[protected] at Passport office, panampilly nagar, Kochi, Kerala. My file no is B080416.I am a newly married lady.So Police Verification done on both places (husband's home and my home) on 15th October 2008 in kizhakkekotta, thripunithura police station and another in 14th november 2008 in north police station, kochi . Even After Three month from the date of application, I don't get my passport .Please check it out the matter as early as possible. Hope you will do the needfull in the matter.

i have been asked to provide an explanation regarding the discrepency in name and place of birth between my new and old passport.
i have already relinquished my old passport to the concerned authorities and also paid a fine on janaury 5th 2009.
in the new passport i have given my full name which is Hiran Puvanthra Mohanlal Prasad
whereas in the old passport my name was Hiran Mohanlal Prasad which was taken when i was 3 years old.there should be no difference in the place of birth.my place of birth in both passports is Peruvalloor

i have been since june 2008 to get my new passport.
please do the needful and let me know if i have to furnish furthur proof regarding the details you need

I had applied for passport on 08-07-08 file no.B058618. The police verification by Vaikom police was done by 24-07-08. I had sent an application by e-mail, followed by fax and then met the RPO on 20-11-08 in this regard. The verification report from Haryana is pending where I had stayed till Feb 2008 for one and half year. I wanted to know that as its been an year I am staying in Kerala, Is there any provision wherein I can re-apply so that Police verification of Haryana police be avoided because of which the delay is made. I am Biju K.J. I have applied for my passport on 17/02/09. While applying passport by mistake i kept only one address i.e., permanent address. Presently i am woking in Tamil Nadu. This mistakes happened because of my ignorance. Two weeks back my police verification over and i was called for enquiry in the office. When i came there i learned that there is a problem for me to get my passport due to some mistakes i.e. keeping only one address. I was told that they will send a letter and i may have to pay the penalty around 5000/. And so far ihaven't recieved any intimation.
