FRAUD
I had ordered a Aquaphone dualsim and it was through the offer from citi card. My order no. is[protected] / dated 28th Jan, 2009The order was placed to the online shopping company Deals4all (Compact International ). In the features, 1.3 megapixel camera phone was shown in your website. But there is no mega pixel camera in this phone after charging for 8 Hrs initially it was working only for 10 minutes and gets switched off and not getting switched on after being charged immediately I called representatives of deals 4 all and told about this & requested them to reverse pickup my phone & refund the amount back to my credit card. But they did not come and pick my phone through AFL when i approached AFL as per them they did not receive any intimation from Compact internation for return the product .Then I spent Rs 200/- and called the customercare of delas 4 all and we need to wait for long time some one will pick leasurely and the phone will be diverted to some other number and he will say our executives will contact you and disconnect the line like this I was trying many times and mailed many times . Finally they asked me to send it through courier and I approached many couriers they did not ready to take electronics item particularly Mobiles . Then I called the customercare and explained all this they said write some chemical name sample and send it . Even i asked if the mobile is missed in courier who is responsible they did not reply simply they asked me to send it through courier at last I managed to pack myself and sealed and sent and received confirmation that the product was received by them first they said we received courier but the same has to be checked from receiving office then only we would confirm and i tried many days after 4 days of calling customer care atlast they confirmed the receipt. They said they will do needful I thought the amount will be refund back to my citi credit card a/c . But suddenly After few days, again the phone was delivered to my address through blue dirt courier this time But I instructed my family members not to accept any items from compact international and I did not take the consignment and told the courier to send back the product .This is really harassing. Even after the product not received they did not refund the amount as on today ( 10.03 . 2009 ) back to my credit card account. The citi credit card customercare forcing me to pay the amount . i will be forced to go to consumer court.
