Sir / Madam I had won the Polo Wrist Watch (Product Code 7586) through lucky star Scratch 'n' Win by compact international(exclusive offer of sodex user). i send a draft(Bank of India) of 495(tax,courier and handling charge) for polo club watch on 28/04/2010. According to the terms & conditions of M/s. Compact International, the gift item will be delivered within 15 working days but till date I have not received my Polo Wrist Watch (Product Code 7586) or any massage from your site. To Whomsoever it may concern,
i got the poloclub watch through scratch card of SBI and I had ordered wrist watches of polo club through sbi credit card and the sbi people had deducted rs.500 towards handlingcharges and deal said i will recieve the watch within 21 days but it has been more than a month i hav'nt recieved my watch so kindly help me out .
