[Resolved]  COMPACT INTERNATIONAL — False promises

I had purchased a Polaroid Digicam t1031 from Reliance mart,Thane.Within one year of its warranty i faced problems with its shutter.The polaroid has its service centre in Grant Road named PARAS Electronics in Naaz Cinema Compound.As they were out of stock of the spare parts of my digicam model,they replaced the shutter by removing another digicam's part,saying that it will work.They gave me an assurance that it will work(both paras and Compact). Also they said that if it fails they will replace it after even whn the warranty period expires in 2 weeks time) nw dat the camera has stopped functioning with the same old problem,after 1 month of its repair,both Paras and Compact say that they dont remember that thay had said smthng like this.They are ready to handle only if its under warranty period.
