This is wrt my Laptop, which we hadgven toour Service dept at Saki Naka, on 08.01.2009.
The problem reported was, Touch Pad Not working.
Till date we are continiously following for the same, But the feeback is no spares available for it.
It is big question arises in our mind, how to beleive the HP brand? In future shall we procure the HP poducts?
Is this the solution for this, now its 15 days, we are facing much nsions in our ofice in the absence of the same.
When we call Bangalore Hotline they had given me your no,
We need it to be repaired ASAP, within 2 days, else we want replacement for the same with a new one, ( If possible not as ike with the existing model, Since the spares arent available)
We are attaching herewth the scan copy of the reciept we had been handed by the service dept @ SakiNaka.
