it is to stated that my name is Ravi Kumar Singh my refrence no is 1342i had joined the company on dated 03/04/04 and i had left the company on dated 30/09/2006 from the post of IT Assistant in CCIPL . After that Mr sudhirt jain tild me that your dues are clear after 6 month but after no replay form the company i sent them so many reminder, but the company employee Mr sudhir hain and Mr rajat gupta not to talk to me and ignore to attend my phone .

now over 2 and half year passed either the company vlear my dues as soon as possible
or i will take legal action against company in court File for Recovary

my name is sanjeev kumar, i had joined the comany on dated 20/4/2009 and i had left the company on dated 30 sep2009 from the post of IT Assistant in CCIPL.(NP primary school no.4 moti bagh-I) due to irregular payment by the company. still my 4 month payment is dues . Phone call is not attendent and rajat sachdeva is very ugly behaviour with me on the phone call.
i requesting company Manging director, plz clear my dues.

otherwise i will take drastic and legal action against my 4 month salary.

Now there is facility of online FIR. File a online FIR against them. Rest Police should do. There are thousand of IT assistants they have not paid. They have also done EPF ghotala by deducting monthly amount.
