File a online police fir against the company and be ready with proofs. Let the police should do action against them. This is the only way teach them a lesson.
bahut chor company hai mujhe bhi salary nahi diya. I m going to file writ petition in labour court against this company.

M/S Computer Clinic India Pvt Ltd, 301A, sagar complex, new delhi
Myself Pritpal Kaur was working with computer clinic india pvt ltd in their school (IT) project.
they submitt my first salary (Sep-05)as security amount and told me that Ms Sudhir Jain told me that they will return me the amount when i left the company.
In the month of NOv 2006 i left the company and from then i have given 3 applications to them to refund my first month salary. but they people are not releasing my salary.
Mr Rajat also told me last year that he will try to give my money back but on Phone Mr sudhir and Rajat behaved so badly.
they dont have any manners.
the company is not also releasing my funds.

Hi, My self is anil verma, i m also working through this company in G.B.PANT S.B.V. SRINIWASPURI, NEW DELHI - 110065. My security money had not given to me till date.

this company is very bad and froud.Rajat Sachdeva is a froud person.
