[Resolved]  Confident Group — Refund check not given

Hi,

I have had a cancellation for confident Aries.It was a pre approval project when i booked.But after the BMRDA approval confident have failed to get approval for the plot i booked hence cancelled it.
Since the cancellation has happened from confident end in october 2013 my money 10 Lakhs has to be paid in 90 days according to the booking agreement. But it is not been refunded yet.

They asked me to contact a guy called Ganesh.And he is the biggest culprit.All the bluffing some thing.

Please let me know how can i move legally to get my money.

The payment not being done on time and false promises are not new to confident group. For a person like me who was once a strong believer of confident group has lost all its confidence. They are more into media and film and has lost priority on meeting customers basic demand.

I have been following up with confident group staffs on finance to get to resolve two of my problems for almost an year now.

Can you help me reach conclusion on the below points?

1. Penalty of INR 64 k due - This was the amount agreed by confident group to be paid to me by last year around feb. i haven 't received this yet.So i would like t, o know if this is going to account for interest in payment since its been an year that it has been promised with no result.
Finance lead in kadavanthara ( not revealing the name of any employee) has the back ground and we are waiting on her.

2. All pending tasks from confident group as we know from last owners meeting is pending completion on amenities, while we wait on this, i would like to know if confident group will pay the penalty to axisbank so as to release the security cheque. the due amount is 16 k, which was supposed to be audited as i had shared the bank statement with employee at kadavanthara sometime last year in june and now its lost in the air..nobody know about it. Axis bank manager has confirmed to me that all the fines in the account are due to non payment of loan on a timely basis incurred during 2008 till 2010...this when confident group was paying the intial 15 months...there are proofs of bulk amount payment...

please realize the plight of customer who had invested in confident group in 2008 and here in 2014 we are stil not qualified for closure formalities and a handover of mediocrity

I wish chairman come on board for a discussion with people like me in any forum and share his thoughts to resolve such cases..

i am looking for a constructive solution.

I have a site at Confident adoni. Whenever I want to know the status of project I am not getting proper response. Staff are talking very sweetly but If you send any mail no one is bother to reply.

It is almost one year over and I paid total amount also. But progress is very slow.

I have booked a commercial property in confident jewel project kochi in august 2013. But till today the project has not started and failing to get replies to my email sent. When I enquired there was no proper answer from the staff, it's been one year since I have booked this project. So I have decided to cancel it, when I enquired about returning the booking charge of 1lakh staff is saying that there will be a deduction of 15000rs, and I have gor a weired answer that we never advised you to book this property and he disconnected the phone. Is this the way you treat the customers. I really lost my hope with confident group.

So request you to kindly return the full booking amount made .

I cancelled my booking of my flat around 2 and half months back. Evenafter repeated request they are not giving the refund. Even they dont have any courtesy to respond to the email. I am very much worried about the situation.

Same issue happened with me.

Dear Friend, please dont trust confident group sales person's words. I
trusted and paid an advance amount. Its been 3 years as of now. I am
still following with them to get back my Amount.Before paying money, please do 2-4 verifications.

Please help me to know how can we make public aware of this issues?

I feel there is no use of filing any compliant. Inspite of filing complaint 2 weeks back in this site, still confident group is doing the same drama. For them if this customer goes, there will be another new set of customers to whom they can fool. I'm really fed up of following them. They are real cheaters. The executive is aware of all the complaints I made here and to the confident group grievance cell. Still he is very cool and he says, we will give you money. But I don't know when. Every time he says, his higher boss is not in office. What for 2 weeks since then the first complaint and is his boss still not in office ? Nicely looting customer money. He is also asking me to remove this complaint. They are cheating customer to the core. By now it is almost 5 months and still they are returning the money. No one in confident group is ready to solve this issue. They are trying to prolong as much as possible. I don't who is going to take action against them. Very poor customer service

Third class low standard group poor management people VP Shariff and director Jaffar.
Guys never ever think to invest In any of there projects there material Nd quality is -1 can't meet any reputation builder values.i would suggest you to go for reputated builder like brigade prestige Purva shobha but not these third class builder.

To all Bangalore people and around the world, i am struggling with confident Adonis for 2 years. We booked a plot (plot no. 327) in Confident Adonis (Devanahalli) with SBI cheque 364777 dated 15-Sep-2014 of Rs.[protected] Lacs). Since 2 years we have been given reason that our site will be registered in 2 months, when ever we call. Recently they changed the tune to every Tusday. basically they are frustrated us no registration was done. So we tortured by the Confident Bangalore (executives) Rajeev M & Alam, they try to shout at us when ever we call to follow-up. Finally after 2 years we so much frustrated that we asked them to cancel the booking and refund our money with interest on August 24th 2016. They are saying that it takes 70 days, it is already 22 days, i am following up with them every week.
This is my fist posting in social media, I will keep posting in social media and other forums against Confident group untill we get justice.

I bought a property in Althena 3, in 2012. I have been following up for all sales related documents for 5 years now...I haven't received them till now. Al, that i want is a scanned copy. I am sorry to see that staff haven't got back with positive news.

I had booked a flat with Confident for Jade project with 1 lakh downpayment in 2014 December. However I cancelled it since I later realized that the room sizes did not meet my requirement. Of course, no one would like to lose their customers. They tried to convince me. But I denied. And they did rerurn my full amount in a cheque. I do not remember how long but it could be 2 to 3 months. I found them very ethical in all communications. Surprised to see so many people complain about their refunds not received.
One star is less because most of their flats have small sizes of bedrooms. But their quality is top notch.

I have booked a villa plot into one of the Confident projects which in pre launch phase now and located on Sarjapura Main Road, about 1 km after Dommasandra Circle. It 45 Acres of residential project, hording of which is fixed on the main road just adjacent to Kabab World after Rasaganga Circle. They are saying that awaiting BMRDA approval since a month. They have not even revealed name of the project yet. Anybody has any experience about this project, please share, would be much helpful.
