I had booked flat no 303 of confident Greenwich ( only booking amount 100000/- given, no sale agreement signed)
I had to cancel it due to some personal reasons.
I received back only 85000 from booking amount as cheque on 7/05/2021 .

I was not informed about this cutting of 15k at the time of booking, I was under the assumption that booking amount is totally refundable ( while discussion with other builders during discussion of some project they had told its totally refundable.)

I done so far payment over 36 laks, now no one replaying back to me what the current situation of my villa. Either they done the registration/ Construction started, NO idea at all.. Such a worst customer service .

I want to know, what the situation of my villa and i need regular updates in future. If NOT, i will go with legal actions.

Got registered site 30x50 site no 248 in in the year 2014 still not able to find my site in side the layout Confident Gardenia Adiar kalahalli sharjapur.
Now they they claim will not develop the layout in that part in 2020 October by Mr Sheriff of confident group. When asked claim that they will give a site in different place only orally.

Hi team, i bought a plot at gardenia project, (Sarjapur, bangalore) from confident group in 2012. At the time of purchase, we were offered many facilities and was promised the completed project will be handed over by 2014. It has been 8 years since they launched the project and there is no response on completion of the project and least to be said about the responses we are getting from the confident group.
While we (Around 300+) owners were kept at limbo, they were shamelessly launching new projects and continue to cheat unassuming clients of their hard earned money. We feel like our funds are doomed and we are kept under compete darkness.

My two new dental chair is one month old, i have taken two dental chair of confident, frankly speaking they are fraud and do not provide service, i complained my problem to dealer but still my chair is not working since last one month, that also my both chair have problem.
The concerned person will tell that they will visit soon but they wont visit you till monnt
Pls dont buy confident chair.

I have an incident to bring to your notice, from one manager to another. I lead Analytics for Jio and know a thing or two about customer support. I bought an apartment from confident, Confident Bellatrix 3 last year. What we were very excited about is a nightmare now, thanks to the customer support.

Please find the mail trail below. I have been following up with your customer support representative Ms. Jiss Peters to replace my main door which has been termite infested for the last 8 months. Countless follow ups were made and I had to cancel my flight ticket twice because of failure to deliver on time.

Gradually the representative stopped picking up calls, and started sending messages. You can see the messages attached. I raised the issue with the MD Mr. Joseph and included her for transparency. She started blaming me and alleged that I harassed her as a woman over sms. Please go through the SMS, I only see a frustrated customer who is not getting any help from your customer support. I have lost 20k on flight tickets behind this issue.

Please go through the attached mail trail and do the needful. Its a grave allegation of woman harassment she has pointed. I am left with no choice but legal recourse if the matter is not taken care of promptly.

I have purchased a plot in Aries 3 phase 2 in August 2015. Till not there is absolutely no progress on that. Every time you give them a call asking about the progress they have an excuse ready all the time. They give one or the other excuses for delaying the project. Now i have sent a mail for cancellation. No proper response from their end. They always pass on the responsibility from one person to the other. Really fed up. It's my hard earned money. Need it now as I have some commitment to make. Please refund it as soon as possible.

To all Bangalore people and around the world, i am struggling with Adonis for 2 years. We booked a plot (plot no. 327) in Confident Adonis (Devanahalli) with SBI cheque 364777 dated 15-Sep-2014 of Rs.[protected] Lacs). Since 2 years we have been given reason that our site will be registered in 2 months, when ever we call. Recently they changed the tune to every Tusday. basically they are frustrated us no registration was done. So we tortured by the Confident Bangalore (executives) Rajee M & Alam, they try to shout at us when ever we call to follow-up. Finally after 2 years we so much frustrated that we asked them to cancel the booking and refund our money with interest on August 24th 2016. They are saying that it takes 70 days, it is already 22 days, i am following up with them every week.
This is my fist posting in social media, I will keep posting in social media and other forums against Confident group untill we get justice.

I Booked Plot in Confident Adoni's in September 2014. They had promised that the plot will be ready for registration in 3 months that is by Dec-2014 or Jan-2015. I have been following up with sales representative called Rajeev, whenever i call him he speaks sweet and gives some excuse and reasons. he keep promising that the plot will be ready for registration in next 3 months each time i call. I have paid confident group of Rs. 10 Lakh through check. I spoke to the salesman and officials in confident group they threaten me that go ahead and cancel the plot we will refund after deducting the cancellation charges. It is not my mistake, it is their delay and not completing project in promised time. I will not pay any cancellation charges.

As per the agreement provided by the Confident group, if the Plot is not ready in 15 months of said agreement. they would refund the Money with 8% interest.

I just want justice done. I want my money back with interest.

I want my money to be paid ASAP or else i will go to media.

I have been cheated by Confident Group in Bangalore who took money from me for advance booking of plots and after cancellation and ninety days as per MOU ( it is now 100 days) have not returned my money back. Mr Ganesh from accounts invited me to their office and took signatures and I returned the Memorandum o[censored]nderstanding I had signed with them with promise that they are going to deposit / transfer money to my account. Now after three weeks I still haven't got my money back and no one from accounts including Ganesh are picking up my phone. When contacted they simply say no the person is not in their office and I should wait. But having given back all original documents related to my booking to them I feel cheated now that I haven't received my refund back.

Folks beware of confident group. I had booked a plot in confident oberon phase 2 about a year ago and I recently cancelled it due to litigation issues and not getting BDA approval on time. It has been more than 3 months since we got any refund and Mr Ganesh from accounts cheated us by inviting to sign forms and returning MOU and to collect the refund cheques. It has been two weeks since we returned the MOU and we haven't got our money back....

This is real drama. Too contradictory statement from you and from your executive. What audit do you have ? And do you have audit for 5 months ? Your executive is telling that higher official not in town. Which one to believe ? How can you cheat the customer so badly. This is injustice, untruthful and shows how unreliable your company is. There is no proper customer care also. No contact number for confident group grievance cell. Because of all your drama, we will only get into hypertension. When you have stringent timelines to receive money, why is that you don't provide the appropriate time limit for repayment. How can you cheat the customer like this. This is highly unacceptable. I want my money ASAP. Don't reply for name sake like this. There is nothing happening from your end. Then why this note in my compliant ? Is it to show other readers that your being good. Dont act too smart. First pay off all our money rather than replying something which is very much false. I will never ever recommend confident group to any of my friends, family and colleagues.

just to eye wash, after N number of mails, to make other customers believe you post in my page saying that there is some audit going on. How bad are you cheating us. Your executive say higher official not in town and you say some audit going on. Which one to believe and don't give such irresponsible reply. When you fix time limit to receive money. Please provide the appropriate date when the amount will be provided. In spite of so many complains, you are still taking your own sweet time. I think only if customers start showcasing such immoral and untruthful behaviour in social networks, then only you will know the power of customer. I'm really really fed up of following and I feel I'll get hypertension all because of your irresponsible behaviour. I would tell all customer not to trust mails from [protected]@confidentgroup as you just want to showcase that nothing is going really bad. BUT THE TRUTH IS THESE ARE FAKE MAILS TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER A FOOL. For me till date nothing happened inspite of receiving mail from them. There is no grievance cell no. So customers are unable to contact and put their frustrations across. Really annoying

I feel there is no use of filing any compliant. Inspite of filing complaint 2 weeks back in this site, still confident group is doing the same drama. For them if this customer goes, there will be another new set of customers to whom they can fool. I'm really fed up of following them. They are real cheaters. The executive is aware of all the complaints I made her and to the confident group grievance cell. Still he is very cool and he says, we will give you money. But I don't know when. Every time he says, his higher boss is not in office. What for 2 weeks since then the first complaint and is his boss still not in office ? Nicely looting customer money. He is also asking me to remove this complaint. They are cheating customer to the core. By now it is almost 5 months and still they are returning the money. No one in confident group is ready to solve this issue. They are trying to prolong as much as possible. I don't who is going to take action against them

Whether the sales team is aware of what one week's time is ? I'm in great stress and disappointed, all because of this. When they want their payment, they will pressurise the customers and get it by any ways. But when they need to repay why there is so much delay ? Will the company pay some extra compensation for my long wait, stress and for the phone calls which is of no use.

Please be aware of Confident Group builder. This builder talks to you sweetly until he has the money. Later it's horrible. We are facing a real horrible experience from this so called branded builder. It's a common mans suffering. Please request not to invest with these builders. We have been trying to get our invested money back from past 2 year. Not worth to invest!...

While booking a plot without even seeing the actual plot, they assured me that the advance amount which I am gonna pay will be given back if I am not interested with the plot. Its been almost 3 years as of now. If we ask for money, they says the reasons like given below. 1) Owner is in Gulf country, once he returns the check will be signed. 2) one owner signed the check, second owner is yet to come 3) Check is ready, will deposit next week My Advice, please pay any Advance amount to Confident group without proper verifications. As your money will never be going to come back. As soon as I asked for return money, they took all my Bills from me, after playing a planned drama. Thanks,
