Hi, For a project in whitefiled, without showing the plot, they took the advance amount from me, saying if you dont like the plot, anytime I will get back the money. Its been near to 3 years as of now, I still didnt got my money back. Please help me out Thanks, Unni

Guys whoever want to get know about this developer please come to confident Atik and see his worst construction material inside the flat. Take the feedback from H and J block owner. The project is delayed very much and still it is not completed . This builder is one of the cheap builder of the town.

I have paid an Advance amount for a plot in XOTIC ANTHEA project of Confident Group one and half year before. While paying the amount, I was told that it will be refunded if you don't like the plot (It happened in Confident office, since I have not seen the plot, they provided this option). But after asking for cancellation, they started saying about some stories like the owner is not in India, he is in gulf countries, sometimes like, there are two owners one has signed the cheque waiting for the other one etc. Below I a providing the mail chain which is started with them from the day of cancellation. I booked a flat in confident group gold coast in kumarapuram thiruvananthapuram in 2012 december. I have enough problems with confident group. first- they never keep the promises. second- very late in signing the agreement. third slow progression of the project. finally I cancelled the project around 2 and half months back. they are not responding to the emails. Hi, While Investing for a plot in Bangalore (XOTIC ANTHEA) it was told to me that I will be getting back the Advance amount if I am not Interested with the project. I was not taken to the project site, that's why I was given this promise. My Customer ID is CP/CXA/T-112/48 After Cancelling the project, its been almost more than one year, still Confident group has not paid back my Amount. When I call them, they are giving some excuses like, there are two owners, one have signed the check, second one is yet to come back from Gulf countries. Sometimes, they say, check is signed I will invest next week likewise. But till today i didn't received my money back. Hi, I booked a plot under Confident Gardenia scheme in the month of March, 2012 and the possession was offered in May 2014. I started with Lawyer to check all the legal formalities but due to the lack of few papers, I cancelled the plot on 1st August 2014 and I was told that money will be refunded within 60 days but it had been more than 60 days. When I am trying to reach to these guys using email or phone, they are not responding.The contactperson Ganesh told me long days back that he is working on this but I didnt hear anything from his as well. They dont have the business ettiquets and befolling the customer.

Confident has kept my money fro two years now, firstly theytold that they are giving the ivory coast which i initially booked and agrred to do the registration within 6 months, after 10 months, they come up with a plan to use the option in confident gardenia by saying that ivory coast is in some case, and they offered gardenia by saying that it is approved by nationalised bank, while i asked for the docs non of the docs have been shared and told that only redbulls is the banker, so i told i need my money back on jan 13 2014.Till now i didn't get the money, they are really befooling the customer and the employees are utter non sense.

Never trust these cheaters. They deliberately hidden the facts about layout change and got my booking amount. Upon knowing their lies, I decided the cancel the booking. They first refused to refund the booking amount immediately, but on escalation, deposited a cheque in my account which BOUNCED. Can't believe these crooks don't have 1 L in their account to refund. No response from them after that. Regret my decision to book with them. My advice - STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THESE CROOKS.

I cancelled a property booking from Bellatrix Gardenia. Confident group people(Contact person - Ganesh ) has been reportedly saying I will get the refund check for the past few months but I havent got yet. The reason they keep saying is - Director not in town, not available in phone.
What kind of business they do, where they dont have a proper procedure for cancellation? I have almost 10 lacs stuck.

I advice the prospective customers to stay away from this group, as they are bent on just taking the money and not delivering any value.

Myself Rinu and am disappointed to say that I booked a flat with this group in their project Indus at Vennala,Kochi.And the interesting thing is that these guys dont make any agreement although its six months from the payment of 20% of the total amount.
I happened to block this flat back in October last year through a blocking amount of 1 lakh, and had made a payment of 20% of total amount by 11th december,2012. Since then I have been asking them for an agreement but they have been pushing it ahead by saying stupid excuses. Till now they were not able to produce me with the documents that I had asked for applying loan . Am not sure whether these guys have a valid permit for this project if so , why they hesitate to get into an agreement and provide me with the details of the project.
I have been contacting them time and again but they used to talk in such a manner that the courier guy is at your door with the documents.but the same has not reached me yet neither they respond to my mails these days. Hence am thinking of moving consumer court against such frauds and planning to take my money back .

I got a notice from the court that Confident Group has filed a court case against me for copying their website & images. I don't even use building or images from them. I[censored]sers have a problem, either they contact me through website contact us page or call on the phone number specified. No emails or phone calls was received from them regarding this issue & they have filed a case against me without even notifying the reason.

Has the Indian court & laws so twisted & turned that any one can file a case to anyone without letting them know the reason. The lawyers of Indian jurisdiction has no job other-than creating FAKE CASES against INDIAN CITIZENS like myself & extract MONEY from them through SUFFERING & GAIN from it.

Confident Group is one of the worst private companies in the Kerala who has supported twisting the law & creating FAKE CASES against CITIZENS of India for their GAIN. They want to get land & my house to construct for cheap rate & they think filing a case would make me sell it to them. It's SUCH A CHEAP MOVE FROM A COMPANY LIKE CONFIDENT GROUP WHO IS SO INCOMPETENT.

I have brough an apartment in Confident Antilia-1 in 2008 and took the possion of the property by Jan 2012.
As as per agreement they have to provide car parking space but till now after lot of follow ups no one is providing the same.
please let me know what could be done.

Last week, I called Confident Amoon group for two days vacation package. I asked them if its a five star resort and they have obtained their ratings. They confirmed it. Once we went to the resort on 7th October, we realized it's not five star

1. The toiletries were of very cheap quality . They gave two sachets of Clinic plus and two small Pears soap. I have never seen this kind of toiletries in 5 star hotels. You get it in service apartments.

2. Their buffets were pathetic. Salad vegetables and fruits were stale and cut very badly. Rotis were like papad. Curries were full of oil. Tea and coffee were served with the already mixed sugar.

3. Decor of dining room and tables were not more than a service apartment.

4. Even the room service food quality and presentation were very poor, not better than a local restaurant.

We checked out very next morning because it was almost impossible to eat anything out there. When we complained on front desk. They were still adamant on their 5 star rating. We asked them to show the certificate but they said it is not something they share with their customers.

It was very disappointing experience for us and it was total waste of our money and time.

They should be penalized for lying and ripping off the customers. I really want my money back.

Had cancelled the booking of Confident Phoenix project a couple of months back,still I haven't been given my refund check of Rs 1,00,000.Every time they say that their director is out of station or they will be delivering the check to my address.Till now I haven't got it yet....

At the time of booking they promised that flat will be of excellent finish and provides more than 40% for open area. What i received is a poor quality flat , with common area less than 20%.childrens play area is very less and overall design is poor. Quality of the flat is very poor. i had to complaint several times regarding the quality an even then no positive response.

I have worked in Confident Group in Bangalore. When I am working in this company the compnay has opened a PF account against my salary. My PF account Number is 34940/168
I have resigned from that Company on feb 2008. After that I have applied for the recovery of PF amount from ur Office. But till this day I have not received PF Amount from your office.
