[Resolved]  Connect — Worst Services and No Response

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Sahil Bansal,from Ludhiana.My Phone Line has dead from the 5th,july,2013 by this i am not able to access the internet, my whole business interrupted. I am suffering loses due to this. i am not able to connect the my customers and my customers send me important files and documents, which i am not getting because of no internet.

i have also complaint to connect service center,gill road,ludhiana on 6th,july,2013. They said the phone line will start on 8th july,2013.
they have the full day of 6th july, i have complainted in morning.
i have call them 3-4 times, after that any of person is not coming to solve the problem.
My complaint No. is 3158.
