Dear Sir,
I had ordered a Tata Phonon from connectindia.in and according to them i was suppose to get a laptop bag free with the kit if i pay 150 rupees extra. I have received my kit but they haven't delivered the free bag but took payment from me. My issue is not just about me alone. If they are doing this they are fooling all the people purchasing goods from them. Before getting the connection i used to receive a hell lot of calls from their executives and now when i call to ask for my bag they give casual reasons. I have also complained on their website. Look into this maybe this is a lot bigger scam.
