[Resolved]  ConnectIndia.in — Reliance data card not activated till now

Hi,
I have purchased a reliance broad band+ data card from connectindia.in site on 8th may 2013. And till now it is not activated.

Here is my data card details
MDN No: [protected]. I called several times to reliance customer care several times and they are saying to contact to point of sale. And the point of sale i.e connectindia.in does not have any contact information in site. I contacted the guys of connectindia.in but That guys are not responding properly.

I dont know why this reliance is giving contract to these kind of organization(connectindia.in) who are incapable of doing the things.

Please do the needful.

Reliance Data Card — Data Card Not yet activated

Hi,

This is with regards to purchase of Reliance Data Card from Reliance Web World in Kothrud, Pune.
1)Purchase was made on[protected] Invoice No: [protected].
2) Purchase was done by walking in to Reliance Web World.
3) Documents handed over a. Credit Card Statement b.PAN Card. Xerox of both was taken by Web World representative.
4) No verification call for two days.
5) Now I receive a call saying Original Credit Card Statement required, Xerox will not work.All documents were submitted in presense of Web World Centre Head.

If this was the case they would have kept Original on 17th itself.
Still no assurance on activation time of Data Card.
Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.

I bought a Reliance Data card and paid 3800./- using credi card...
its been 2 weeks and the card is not activated till now.
the customer care person says, they donot have any details of the card, no CAF details as well.
The sales person doesnot respond to the calls.

Reliance Boradband datacard — Not activated

I have purchased the reliance broadband netconnect USB on 21st May 2009. I was being informed that within 24 Hrs It will be activated.

But enen after 1 week its not activated.

I have been contacting your customer care center (Ph No. [protected]) for the activation of data card since long but unable to get the solution.

Every time I get the reply “it will be activated very soon” or “we will revert back in 10 min” But neither it’s activated nor anybody has reverted back.

Hi Sir,

I have purchased a Reliance Data card Broand band + (Devise number [protected]) from online through vriti-interactive.com New Delhi on jan 06 but it is activated only for 2 days and the rest of the days is not working, they are saying address verfication failed so several times i have given the valid documents in all their web worlds and i have sent online e copy to their mail ids of the documents also but till today it is not activated and more ever there are saying i have to pay the bill of 386 Rs which i am highly dis-satified .And more they are saying the dongle is now in terminated state. Looking for a positive help from your side

Completely not satisfied with Reliance Service.
ARE THESE GUYS FOR REAL? I BOUGHT 2 OF THE RELIANCE NETCONNECT DATA CARD FROM THEM ONLINE AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T ACTIVATED IT, ITS BEEN MORE THAN 30 HOURS NOW. I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET CONNECTED WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO. I HOPE ITS NOT A SCAM COZ I PAID IT ALREADY. IF ITS NOT GONNA WORK I'M READY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND CLAIM FOR REFUND.

I have purchased a Reliance Netconnect data card from www.conecctindia.inwhich they are responsiable to deliver in 2 Hours.I have paid all the amount.However it has not been delivered yet. When I tried calling their number(s), I got out of range as a responseWhat should I do? How can I get back my money?

i have ordered a indicom mobile set on[protected] through connectindia.in from mr. vineet sharma , number is [protected] and payment has been done for that mobile set. but product not deliever yet. and payment also not refund still of that mobile set.

i got a msg from connectindia on 23/05/13 is ''cindia dear customer, your tele verification is pending for reliance connection so call on [protected] from your given alternate number and get through your tv for activation''
but reliance said documents are not in their system
and net not activated.
